The food was great however I gave 4 stars because there was only one server working all the tables. I think he did a pretty good job considering he was trying to manage so many tables by himself. The restaurant needs better management.
Food was cold, soggy and terrible! The service staff definitely needed to be retrained. It was generally a nice place to eat. When the food was sent back to the kitchen, it came out worse than the first time.Parking: They seed to have plenty of Handicap parking spots available.

Went to Red Lobster while I was on spring break. I haven't been there in awhile and the food last time wasn't good. Nor was the service but this was a different location. The server was wonderful, and the food came out hot.Now if you haven't been in awhile get ready to spend some money. Their prices have gone up a person can spend starting around maybe 15 to 18 dollars and go up to 48 dollars and this doesn't include your salad nor drink.Happy eating ?

Called this location to be placed on the waiting list for a party of 6, and was told there was no wait at the moment but to come in as soon as possible. Upon arrival I was told they couldn't accommodate any parties over 5 due to staffing issues. My main frustration was three included in my party were children. This was my twins 9th Birthday and they wanted to enjoy Red Lobster for their choice of Birthday Celebration. I'm highly upset as the seating issues should be posted on this locations website to give customers full clarity about seating availability. This location has went down since after covid. I will never return are recommend this location again.
