Our family used to come here a lot. The food isn't as good as it used to be and the service is very slow. Wasn't even that busy and waited 30 mins for food. Some of my food was overdone and not done enough. I only go for the soft serve anymore. Not the food.

I've never had a bad experience at this location. The food is good quality and the service is good; however, their prices are honestly ridiculous. They've always been high, but it's just getting to the point where their ice cream isn't worth it.

I've visited this fast food restaurant many times.I like that they have combo meals that include a sundae or you can upgrade to a shake for a couple dollars. The food like burgers etc is okay. Nothing to rave about. But the ice cream is delicious. Come here just for a blizzard if you've never had one!I've purchased ice cream cakes multiple times and the process is always seamless! The cakes are delicious and feed a lot of people! If you order in advance you can request your specific colors and designs - or just walk in the day of and you can get one from the case and they will write on it.Service is quick and friendly.
UPDATE!! OUTSTANDING SERVICE.1/8/24 7pm or so... mckelvey location... The app did not send my large 30.00 order to the store, after much confusion and some waiting.... the manager along with the employee got it taken care of and got my family fed as well as gave me a free chocolate shake for my son because of the frustration...I appreciate the kindness and quickness to fix the problem. Things happen out if our control sometimes and again GREAT JOB we will definitely return.Food is always hot and correct! Usually the experience is great all around, but tonight I had to ask for two missing items and confirm one on the receipt. When I got home I realized that 2 of 3 blizzards were incorrect and the vanilla shake was incorrect as well. I ordered a large cocoa brownie extramarital and a large M&M milk chocolate candies and for those we took home pumpkin pie and reases pie. The vanilla shake was strawberry….. not sure what was going on tonight but is was a dissapointing experience!
They did not have cherry dip at this location which was the whole reason I came here. Interesting to me as cherry dip is a Dairy Queen staple.

The management at this dairy queen is always consistent. The service and quality of food are always good when the owner / manager is in. The location is a little dated and dusty, but we have consistently enjoyed our experience at this dairy queen.

Very quick service. There was a cashier named Natalie who was extremely polite and gave us our ice cream right away. This Dairy Queen is a lot cleaner and nicer than the ones I am used to. Will come back soon.
