I was able to try out this restaurant after the new name and change of food. I was NOT disappointed! This is by far the best decision Hollywood Casino has made for their choice selection of restaurants! The food was amazing and the price of the food was very reasonable for the portion size. I was very delighted and definitely will be going back again! ?

Wanted to try this place after the format change and was not dissapointed. Slightly more casual atmosphere and definately a more casual menu. The bar area has more of a country feel and looked comfortable. Food was good and timely. A couple of suggestions for the dining area would be to add some kind of background music and to re-think the heavy paper table covers.

My spouse and I were able to visit. This newly opened and revised establishment for their tasting menu. What a pleasant surprise! A casual, yet upscale, Western vibe greeted us. The front eating area has been repurposed as a luxury lounge/bar. The dining area is decked with fresh flowers, butcherblock paper, and livestock images. We were presented with a flight of new cocktails to try. I'm not a drinker, but the Spicy Paloma and Blackberry Smash were refreshing and delicious.I chose fried green tomatoes for the appetizer. These were ok. Flavor was a little bland and the coating came right off making it difficult to eat. Spouse got the deviled eggs and we both agreed we would come back just to eat these. Entree for me was the pork platter and creamed corn. Both were delicious! The port had just a hint of smoke and was so juicy. The ribs were tender with a good crust. The pork belly bites were a bit overdone for me but still had good smoke flavor. The two sauces were hits as well ( although there isn't yet a sweet bbq sauce offeting). Spouse chose the salmon which, unfortunately wasn't cooked through. He picked the pit beans and wasn't disappointed there. Smoky with a bit of heat and nice chunks of brisket. We had no room for dessert but had to try the key lime cheesecake (OMG I wish I had known about this in the beginning); seriously yummy and huge portion. Second was the apple bread pudding. Good ratio of apples and nice spice level but just a tad dry. Final Cut is off to a great rebirth!

Friday night and the place was nearly empty. Ordered an iced tea and a bowl of French Onion soup. 15 minutes later, I got my iced tea. Another 10 minutes for the soup. The soup was good.Ordered the prime rib. The meat was good, but it did have a bit of a kerosene taste to it.The waiter came by one time during the meal to check if I needed anything. Had been out of tea for a while already.I'd suggest going to Charlie Gitto's instead.

This restaurant was trash. Customer service was horrible. I dont want to make it a "race thing" but myself and my date were the only black couple there and we watched 4 other couples walk in and be seated before we were even acknowledged. I had to ask who my server was then we were brought out water and bread. No one asked what we wanted to drink or anything. The server didn't introduce herself. Just threw water and bread on the table. I should've left then but this was a date night and my spouse wanted to try this for awhile. The food wasn't good at all. I had the prime rib feature and ate 2 bites of the steak and was upset. I should've went to Longhorn or Applebee's. I spent $160 and I would never do that again in this restaurant.

Unfortunately, not the experience it was hyped up to be. Looking past the Christmas and video game music that was playing, for me it was how the server handled the cold steak I received. The other two guests that were with me had a perfect plate. My ribeye looked like breakfast ham and curled up a lot on the sides. I will agree that appearances don’t make the steak, so I overlooked that, but when the steak wasn’t even room temperature, I politely asked the server to take it back. She did take it back and apparently, they either tried to microwave it or re heat it up. Now, I am no chef, and apparently, they don’t have one either, but I do know you cant re heat a medium well steak and expect to keep the same consistency as a medium well steak should be. When I pointed this out to the server, she politely asked me what I would like done. I said, I would like the 55-dollar steak that I ordered please. Seems reasonable, right? The good news is that the second one that came out was perfect, but the issue is that we waited nearly an hour total for me to be able to eat. The cherry on the top for me was that there was never any type of apology, discount offer, free desert, or anything. The total bill was around 140 for us 3 which I expected and I even ( although I should not have) tipped the server 30 dollars.

Came here for the first time for my MIL's birthday dinner, left very disappointed and will not be back. When you first walk in you're smacked in the face with an overwhelming smell of sewage that automatically makes you want to walk right out. There's only one server (Lisa) so not only is the service very slow but also not welcoming whatsoever. She visibly and verbally did not want to be there, sighing & making annoyed faces by any questions anyone had. I started to ask about the king crab I seen online but was quickly cut off and told " we only have what's in front of you." When my MIL started to order the featured special for herself and my 9 y/o cousin to share (since she wanted the shrimp and salad from it and he just wanted the steak not to mention we had other apps and sides coming with it), Lisa cut her off and told her they could share literally ANYTHING else on the menu, but that. So my MIL ordered EVERYTHING THAT CAME WITH THE SPECIAL separately, which was about 20$ more but the same exact order as the featured special. When I asked if everything could come out at the same time Lisa said "I could do that but you wouldn't have any room on the table" and brought everything separately dispute us asking for it to still come together AND there being 2 open spots at our table for extra room. There were 5 tables in the entire restaurant (not even 15-20 people altogether) and our food took 45 minutes to come out. My cousins steak was very over cooked and dry, however we didn't find it that big of a deal and didn't say anything about it. After eating a few bites of my chicken I found a piece of hair in it, when I showed Lisa she accused me of it being my hair saying "that's funny because no one in the kitchen has hair", even though Lisa herself had hair that matched the one found in my food, the other manager had hair, the host that was going in and out of the kitchen had hair, AND THE COOK WE WATCHED WALK OUT OF THE KITCHEN HAD LONG HAIR. After waiting 40 minutes for a recook we asked if it could be made to go and for the check and boxes. We seen the chicken was still on the check so we asked about it being half off since we had already been there an hour and a half, which Lisa snottily told us "They're still cooking that but I'll just get the manager", who then came out 5 minutes later saying he gave the recook to a different table a little bit ago. He said he'd take the chicken off the bill and asked if we wanted a desert since it was my MIL's birthday. Lisa brought us our check back and never apologized or acknowledged the hair being in my food or my recook going to the wrong table. When the manager came back out with my MIL's cheesecake he told us to have a great night. We waited another 10 minutes before walking out realizing they were never going to bring my recook. We talked to the manager one last time about the recook to which he responded "well I asked if you wanted anything else".... But had never told us they didn't start another recook after realizing their own mistake so we were waiting assuming it was still coming. As a server myself I tend to normally give other servers the benefit of doubt because I get we have bad days and get overwhelmed, but Lisa was all around dismissive, not tentative, and overall unpleasant. The manager seemed like he was doing his best but really wasn't any help to the situation as he didn't communicate with us or apparently Lisa.

Not many people there on a Saturday night, but I was given a free comped meal, so I decided to try. Excellent staff,. The food was delicious, If you are to pay out of pocket for your evening, it is kind of pricey, but that's why most of the items are priced higher because casinos give complimentary dinners to card holders that get rated on table games play or slots players, and for some reason, I'm not sure if it's for they're right tax write off. or ability to flex your receipt on your social media page . Definitely a hundy and a half for 1 couple, and that is quoted without alcohol beverages included. My dining experience was amazing, clean, and super elegant. It would be a place definitely. Take someone where you could either propose or make it a very romantic dinner, and everyone can literally watch you feast on a fat prime rib. Not too hip on the fact that I felt I was being showcased "stared" at .I was a peoplequarium. As the window to the casio casino is very wide open and lightly frosted but still very clear to see entire seating I kind of felt like I was. display. If you like that sort of attention, Hey, ask for the window ,if not you can be seated inside more private table seating inside .Good luck.Parking: Plenty of parking either outside of the casino if you wish to valet or in the garage. There are five floors but the bottom floor is for high limit access onlyWheelchair accessibility: Very wheelchair or Child stroller friendly

This place is only open ywo nights a week - Fri and Sat. I went in on a Sat night at 7:30 - the place was 90% empty - almost no one. The host, a guy with long, straggly unkept hair, says to me, "Hey man, we don't take walk-ins. You got to have a reservation." I told him his dining room was almost totally empty on a Saturday night - he didn't care. He kept calling me "man". How low class to address a guest constantly as "man" instead of "sir". I guess I see why The Final Cut is empty.
