Great local coffee shop owned and ran by HCSTL. The bakery items and drink selection are standard fare, but well done. The staff isn't the fastest though, and they seem to be overwhelmed pretty often.

Very rude toward me and my family. They said they couldn't serve us food only coffee. The bald guy with hairloss kept being a dick and trying too be funny when I swear I heard crickets. I don't recommend coming here just go to a Starbucks.

The special for breakfast was a prepared meal that they microwave on high. Makes potatoes and everything else soggy. They wouldn't even give me a side of gravy because it was pre-made. $35 later for biscuits and gravy and a breakfast bowl. Both microwaved. Wouldn't recommend it.

Don't waste your time $30 for two orders of biscuits and gravy that were microwaved and still cold. Waste of time and money.

I just stopped in for a latte and had a great ordering experience and delicious drink to start my day. I think a lot of the low ratings were specific employee based and that has been corrected.

Their apple turnovers are the best I have had in my whole life. Absolutely to die for! The coffee is just so-so but it is convenient to have a coffeehouse on the property and the employees have always been helpful and friendly over the several years I have gone to this Hollywood Casino location.

Do not recommend! Not safe. Our vehicles were broken in to. We went to casino and stayed at hotel. Security were no help. They claimed we did not complete the parking form which we did. Our friend’s vehicle next to us had busted window also. Pick a safer place to stay and play!! Seems like an inside job since they can’t find our parking forms we completely.Merry Christmas to us as we buy new windows and drove home in 32 degrees.

I visited 99 Hops House for dinner. I sat at the bar and Christeen waited on me. She was great. Very friendly and inviting. She recommended the blackened shrimp macaroni and beer cheese and I absolutely loved it. I will definitely be going back to see Christeen again.

Pretty disappointed in what used to be a pretty amazing place. The room itself was a bit dated but it was clean and to me that's most important. Checkin was rushed and impersonal. Pretty disappointed at not being able to enjoy breakfast on property. Upon check out I did inquire about that and was told it was at 99 but when I was there shortly after 8 is was dark and uninhabited. When the desk attendant asked how things were and I expressed my displeasure she stated, "yea we've been getting that along lately." While not surprising was a little taken back when staff openly admits it. Of course she blames everything on covid. Finally I inquired what the facility fee was all about she states, "yea that's for the internet and tv." It says on here wifi is free and what hotel charges for TV? But she did say that things were under renovation I guess we all get to pay for these supposed renovations!?! 10/10 won't be back!

They have a good selection of quick breakfast foods, baked goods, and drinks. I got a Campfire Latte and it was delicious. The staff member that helped me was very nice!

Ummmm....maybe don't. The only redeeming quality I found in this place is the employee working the morning I waited 20 minutes to order coffee. She was clearly overworked and understaffed (an entire Hollywood Casino issue, not just Hollywood & Grind and maybe that is a COVID issue, our visit was in October 2021). She couldn't help that the person immediately in front of me ordered everything on the menu or that it seemed to take forever to prepare every item. She couldn't help that someone literally jumped the line in front of me without rational explanation and who seemed unable to communicate with me, but she did call him out and let me move back in front of him to place my order. The main problem--the coffee tasted like gas station coffee. I'm not even sure I got what I ordered---I ordered a latte with an extra shot of espresso, no flavors and it tasted like tapioca or something. Not good. And it was $7. Not good. My wife had a mocha latte, also $7, also not good.
