Restaurant lobby was closed at arrival, no explanation or warning prior to ordering online.....food was terrible, oily, messy, no chips even though I paid for them. Terrible cx service. Lack of care/ownership. Perceived to be poorly managed crew. Will not be going back to this location.

Ordered two sandwiches at noon on a Tuesday via the website. Delivery took 45 minutes and a call to the store; the online tracker showed our delivery was complete before the sandwiches arrived. The Unwich was poorly prepared and had the inner paper wrapped into the lettuce shell needing to be disassembled into a salad. The other sandwich was not customized as requested. Not freaky fast, and not freaky good.

80% of my sandwich was bread. There was hardly any meat! If I'm paying $10 for a sandwich I expect to be full. I could have made my own sandwich for cheaper than that and it would he more filling. Will not be going to Jimmy John's in the future.

Ordered a sandwich for delivery and was brought the completely wrong sandwich. I called the store and the lady who answered was so nice and helpful. I explained the sandwich I got vs. What I ordered and she said she can refund or send out another sandwich. I asked for a remake and she promptly made it and sent it back out to me. The girl who dropped it off moved so fast I couldn't even hand her the couple bucks I had for bringing it back over so fast! Over all I appreciate them remaking it and getting it back out so quickly.

Went through the drive-thru at 2:00 in the afternoon only to be told that they were closed. However, all the lights are on and the open sign was lit up. I guess when their staff doesn't feel like working they can just close.

The blonde dude working with finger tattoos is awesome at his job. Very fast at making sandwiches never a long wait when he’s making them. Might I add he’s very attractive.

Best location around! EPIC customer service, seriously freaky fast and fantastic location. Can't beat the drive thru either. Despite this location being 5 miles further from me compared to the location that is only 1 mile from me, I opt for this location and will fight 270 traffic just to get to and from it each time because they simply ARE THE BEST.Not all locations are created equal because the location closer to me SUCKS more than Monica Lewinsky on a press day at the White House! For those of you who don't know (Gen Z-ers and beyond)... That's not a positive metaphor. I won't embarrass the Olive Blvd location by calling them out for sucking so much either. Because that would be sharing my factual experience from too many unredeemed chances given until finally it became consistently poor each timeBut NOT this location. It's like a pitch black, bitterly cold winter night ?️ and an amazingly beautiful, clear and sunny, early summer day ??️ with a cool breeze difference between the two locations. And I don't know about you but I prefer the sunny day over the winter night which is why I make the few extra miles journey to give my business to the location off of Page Avenue.PS... I was not paid nor bribed in any manner to write this review. I'm just that much of a satisfied customer after receiving consistent top-tier service from the Page Ave location as well as that much of a p!ssed off customer after receiving consistent abysmal customer service from the Olive Blvd location.Choose your Jimmy John's location wisely my fellow sub munching American. ???
