The manager Katlin was very rude and disrespectful, unprofessional, and ghetto.i will never patronize this business as long as Katlin is there. The pizza is always cold never good at this location.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Unfortunately my child and I got sick after eating 2 days ago! My son has food poisoning because he didn’t realize the slice of pizza he had was half cooked.I called where I asked to speak to a manager the lady was really snobby, rude and nasty and said “so what I suggest you go to the hospital, not our problem” I then asked for the GM or corporate number she says there’s no corporate number and I am the GM. I then asked for her name and she hung up on me. I called back and the other young lady played along and said she’s the Gm and I can not give you her name I will be fired. I knew there were lying. I called another location to get in touch with the area manager to find out they were supposed to tell me their names it’s policy and the little girl who was so rude name is Kat and she is indeed not the GM. I was told they recently hired a new GM named “J” to clean the store up because as you can see food horrible, workers even worse! I finally talked to “J” she fixed the problem but I still think Kat and the other lady deserves disciplinary action for the way they represented a company that pays their bills. I will call corporate until Kat loses her job or receives disciplinary action because I am a very loyal customer and the way I was treated and talked to was very unprofessional and unacceptable. Next I’m reporting to bbb and health department. Two rude employees caused a big mess!!

DONT EVER ORDER PIZZA FROM THIS LOCATION! They have terrible service and won’t even answer the phone. I ordered a pizza to be delivered and has been two hours and still hasn’t been delivered. I tried to call to cancel my order and request a refund and they wouldn’t answer the phone. I will never order from here again and I don’t think they are even going to deliver the pizza!

They employ P.O.S. employees that call cabs for rides home from work and then run off without paying the cab. I will not support a company that supports such low life's.

To support a fund raiser for our local grade school. my wife & I ordered a Large Garden Fresh Pizza & a family size chocolate chip cookie from the Maryland Heights Papa John's shop. It has been a couple of years since our last takeout visit, so I wasn't expecting more than an average meal for the cause. To my surprise & enjoyment, the vegetable-topped pizza was very tasty & not skimpy on ingredients. The cookie was better immediately after getting it home than the leftovers were, but still a good option to follow the pizza. On-line app ordering was simple, and the in-store staff were professional despite dealing with a crowd of customers in the small waiting space. We will be keeping Papa John's on our list for carryout nights in the future.
Originally, my delivery was supposed to come around 7:45, which was completely understandable since I ordered around 6:40. However, an hour passed by in which my order hadn't come, so I decided to call the store and got met with a male worker who was very irritated about my questions around my order. I understood the circumstances the store was in at the moment, but that is no excuse to treat a customer with such disdain.A wise lady once said, "I want to give you a zero, but that's not possible, so I'll give you a one."

I love the buffalo wings and jalapeño bites! After one rough night with my regular order I was reimbursed for an over 2 hour delivery! These guys have stepped their game up! My deliveries have exceeded my expectations ever since thanks for the care and consideration! Keep up the good work and see you soon!
