simply siam’s pad thai is so good that it’s all we can think about. i am grateful that they have a tofu option for vegetarians. their atmosphere is beautiful, and their service is great too. this is one of those spots that we will visit maryville just to eat at again!
Amazing food and staff. Front staff are very knowledgeable, and menu suggestions are always incredible. Peanut sauce is delicious. Wish they would sell it by the jar. It's probably the best restaurant in town.

My husband and I were in town for a track meet We arrived less than 30 minutes before close. (Which I really try not to do) Our server was very friendly and attentive. She never made us feel rushed. We order crab Rangoon which came very quickly. One of the best I’ve had. They had a perfectly crispy shell and plenty of fluffy filling. We also ordered Mussamon and the Panang curry.
