I put in an order for a pot pie via the mobile app, and this is the SECOND TIME they have told me that they do not have them. Either take them off the menu or have pot pies prepared so that when people order them, they can have one. I'm usually pretty chill about things not being available but not when it happens again. My advice is don't order a pot pie from here, go somewhere else. The only positive thing is that at least the people were nice, they were apologetic, and they at least could prepare everything else in the order. But I didn't care, I just canceled the order and I'm getting a refund.

Horrible.The chicken was old, hard as and dry.The shrimp and fish tasted like it was cooked in week old grease.The food here is usually great. Not today.

Oh this Mt.Vernon location is horrible. They take forever and you better check your change cause everytime I've been cheated by up to $10. And don't bother calling the phone number cause they will not answer I don't care what time you call day or night. And look at you stupid when you walk in and complain and tell you well you should have counted before you left, No,how about I just don't come back!!!!!

I don't complain. In fact the time before this last visit, a few pieces of chicken were nearly white and uncooked on the inside. I said nothing and threw them away. KFC has been my favorite food for 50 years. After the way I was treated by an uncaring kid after waiting for 45 minutes and then getting the wrong food is unacceptable. I complained to corporate with no response. I will never eat KFC again. I will never pay $300 for a large family gathering to be fed. It will no longer be a family tradition. My grandkids may never even know what happens inside a KFC going forward. I don't blame the kid, that is his guardians fault. I blame KFC for hiring anyone in a concert tee.

Food tasted alright overall but whaf was dispointing was not recieveing full order after driving 30 minures both ways. Ontop of that they didnt include any butter or honey or any sauce for the biscuts or chicken. So overall a dry ordeal. Also be prepared to get carded like your buying booze if your name doesent match the id you cant pay!
The fried chicken wings were great. Crispy and fresh. Would recommend!!However, my fries were hard, old, and looked like they were sitting under the warmer for hours. Definitely should get a different side unless you request fresh fries. They were awful!!!

I came in to get KFC chicken. This is a 2 for 1 restaurant with KFC and Long John Silvers. I asked for the most chicken for the best value. I got a 3 piece chicken plank Long John Silver meal. I didn't specify what type of chicken, so I have to take responsibility for that. It was a good meal, but not what I had my heart set on. I lift without satisfying the true craving. Staff was friendly, and I appreciate having a place to eat while I am out doing business.
