"Atmosphere" to me, does not apply.Parking: Depending upon who is delivering, there "might" be a delay of some minutes as there are also Farm Roads/To ural Routes to deal with. A newer driver may not be that familiar with surrounding delivery areas as opposed to the immediate small footprint Mt. Vernon MO has. Overall, delivery drivers for Pizza Hut here in Mt. Vernon, are expeditious, courteous, and somewhat familiar with the town.With that said, patience may not be needed. Just keep it in mind.

Very impressed with food and especially service. I'm half paralyzed and Robert was so kind helping me, even bringing food out and putting into car despite curbside not available at that time. So grateful he was working and helped me. Not the first time he's done that and always hoping he's working when I come back. Pizza was hot fresh, loaded with toppings and worth the trip also. Keep up the excellent service

First I am going to say this. I know everyone has the right to do what they want, but when it comes to delivering I don’t think smoking in a car with customers pizza is ok. I could smell the smoke on the box. I didn’t get the delivery person name but she drove a gray suv with things on top to carry canoes. I would recommend teaching your employees that smoking with customers food in car is not ok.
Ordered delivery. Food was hot, fresh and FAST! We actually had to let it cool before eating. Great service as well!

Had an order of 2 two liters and a Large 13$ something stuffed crust pizza.Tipped the driver three dollars. It was delivered.Ordered today, we are told we live outside the delivery service. So how do I have 690 points?Who was the delivery driver yesterday?

Ordered 2 pizzas nothing tricky. At the hour mark the tracker said the pizzas were still in the oven. Called they said door dash had picked my order up. Called door dash. Door dash driver had not picked up the pizzas. Looked back on the tracker. Tracker page was not there. They didn’t make my order and blamed door dash. I will not be ordering from this Pizza Hut again. It’s not the first time this has happened. Or get my food and it’s wrong. I would give you zero stars. And I used 200 points that wasn’t put back in my account. Dude I talked with said he would put a $20. Credit on my account still waiting for that too.
