The food was good and the service was also. It's a nice little place to go. Had a nice time with my family.
My server was extremely rude to me. I believe her name was Hailey. After we got set down she didn’t come to us for at least 15 minutes. When she finally came to take our order she was very rude. She wasn’t busy, she was just hanging out at the bar with some guys. I don’t think me and my family will be coming back. We used to love Sams but now all the servers are just rude and disrespectful.

Were recommended Sam's and it did not disappoint. In the basement of a building on the square in old downtown Neosho, Mo., small but great vibe. Staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions for 1st time guests. We ordered the pretzel with beer cheese appetizer EXCELLENT! Followed by garlic parm wings, Italian sub, Italian chicken salad and the cowboy burger. Sam's is a wood fire oven and tavern so most items are wood fired. Food had great flavor and portions, only complaints would be the fries and wings needed to be crispier. Will definitely be back to try the amazing looking pizzas.

Clean. Prompt and friendly service. Food was tasty. Had Italian club grilled. They’ve pared down their menu over time to fewer choices. Was looking forward to wings. Variety of drink choices. Parking convenient. Modern and upbeat atmosphere. Bathrooms modern and clean. The menu was in small font and unreadable without flashlight and phone camera to magnify. Struggled with it.
