My mom and I decided to stop and get lunch at Applebees in Nixa, I usually get good service, and the price is reasonable for a sit down restaurant. Well, today we had the worst service we’ve ever gotten from anywhere. Our server Sarah S, got my drink order wrong, and when I asked to switch it out (I just said I had changed my mind), she rolled her eyes and stared blankly at us, then she was on her phone texting while talking to us, she had a bad attitude the whole time, and Started sweeping while my mom was still seated while I was in the restroom. The food was good, but there is no music playing in the restaurant, and it felt super awkward.

Applebee's. Always a classic. The Nixa location has a homey local feel. Waitress was friendly and got our drinks and order quickly. Food was all hot and tasty!Note from one of the previous reviews - it appears they've put down all new carpet so the smell issues seems to be fixed.Just a personal fave - because I like to be DJ - they have Touch Tunes

The service was terrible we set there 10 minutes no one took our drink the waiter said I'll be R came back asked the hostess she said I'll get him she came back 5 minutes later I asked her where is he she said I don't know I said can you take her order she said no I said then we are out of here... 20 minutes with no drink order So I could only imagine how long it would be for the food This was a Saturday at 5 o'clock when they're supposed to be ready to take your order

Me and my girlfreind ate here and my family was in the restaurant buissness for years we were sat down within seconds of walking in was a great start untill we waited 15 minutes for someone to ask us what we wanted to drink after that we waited what seemed to be a equal amount of time for them to be brought to us after almost 45 min we ordered our server kept saying they were backed up but there were merely 15 people in the whole place I ordered some mozzarella sticks which were pretty good themselves even tho we got 8 for 10.99 we had ordered the 14.99 bottomless wings and was blown away between the both of us couldint finish one plate hard as a rock we then asked for more bbq wings hoping they would be better we were brought a little tub of bbq sauce worst restaurant I have ever eaten at by far and will never eat Applebees ever again

I haven't ate at one in yrs because the last one was gross the people was rude. But this one the food was very good the waiter was supper nice and the place was clean.
Waitress very slow. Food took forever, and the place didn't have very many customers.

We each had the Fiesta Chicken dinners. I reccomend this $20 for 2. Applebees makes their own Ranch Dressing and it is probably the best I've ever had. Love their fund raiser for veterans.

I ate Applebee's for the first time around 30 years ago. Since then I've ate at many locations. To be honest 8 out of 10 visits it's good. But any restaurant can have a bad day. I've tried about every item on the menu and enjoyed most of them.

Drove there from springfield to eat. Got there at 1:20 they were not busy at all we had a party of 5 people and they wanted to sit us in a 4 person booth and put a chair on the end of the table and the resturant wasn't even half full there might have been 10 full tables when we got there and the host had to ask if we could sit at a bigger booth and they told us no. We won't be back to that location.
