Very first BW experience and probably last. Ordered pick-up. Food was 25 minutes late, even though it didn't even look that busy inside. Got home (walking distance even though driving), and the wrap and sweet potato fries were super soggy. You could tell it had been sitting there for a while. The kids meals (grilled cheese, and cheeseburgers) were warm but fries were dried out and not fresh at all.Spent $50 and left a tip.Just very disappointing experience overall.

took a little over an hour and 15 minutes to get our food out here and it was cold. absolutely horrendous.
Great atmosphere and friendly help. Took awhile to get seated as there was no one manning the hostess desk.

This is my 1st poor review, I understand that everyone has off days but this was ridiculous…Service was terrible and food was not prepared as ordered. Party of 4, multiple orders came out wrong and one came out 15 minutes after the other entrees (it was just a hamburger). We dined in at 4:30, it wasn’t busy and it still took forever. The manager was rude, I couldn’t believe her tone! I was so embarrassed for my parents, who we dined with. I was uncomfortable the entire time.

Brosef, this place is the bomb. The food here is so good. Ngl, I did not have high hopes. Idk why, I just had a secret sus yk. But bruvna, when I walked in and saw everyones food, I started to drool bruh. I got the wings and they are no joke some of the best wings I have ever tried. It can get a little loud, especially when the Chiefs are playing (Go ATL HAWKS!). But on any other day, it is such a good atmosphere. 9/10 would big whiskeys again!
