I took my two adult children and four year old grand daughter for breakfast today and couldn’t be more pleased. Great food for all ages,tons of variety, excellent service, so glad to see something fresh and new bringing great food to our area!

My husband and I have repeatedly driven from Springfield to eat at Bistro 160 because we think the food is so delicious!! We plan to take friends there for lunch. Try it, you’ll really like it! Terry Hernandez is the owner, and she provides a small bakery as well.

We tried to like this place. After waiting just a few minutes, we were not greeted. The hostess held up two fingers for two guest (?) and took us to our table without speaking. Our server was overwhelmed but kind and checked on us several times. The food and drinks were a disappointment. The cocktails were either watery or so sour it was like drinking straight lime juice. The shrimp bowl came with three undercooked shrimp, a teaspoon of feta and the saving grace of tasty flash fried spinach. We have a lot of choices on where to spend $50 and it won’t be here.

I have been wanting to go here for a while now. Finally created the opportunity to have breakfast. Great meal, super friendly server. They also own Prima's Mexican Restaurant (excellent place). I was most surprised to see the owner cooking breakfast this day. Martin is a truly compassionate restaurant operator!

3rd attempt to support Bistro 160. While the atmosphere is nice, the food really lacks in quality and freshness. Interesting menu gives hope to an enjoyable experience but that’s where it stops. Potatoes were not fresh, waffle was under cooked and syrup was cold after specifically asking for HOT syrup. The worst was the “fresh” cinnamon roll that had texture and taste of a Pillsbury instant cinnamon roll. Hate to leave a bad rating on a local business but you guys can do better! Prices were high and not reflective of the quality!

Sunday lunch with mom! She had the cauliflower crust Pesto Pizza. I had the Superior Bistro quinoa bowl with shrimp. Yummy!! Mine could have used a bit more balsamic dressing because it was a bit dry. Mom didn’t finish the pizza - and didn’t want to take it to go.

The food was very tasty. I had the corned beef hash. Never had it restaurant style before. It was good but a bit pricey.

I want to give this place a second chance. The food tasted great… my biggest issue is with how much food they serve, not much! I ordered the smoked trout salad, which is supposed to be an meal, not a side salad! It was ridiculously small… no bread. It just had lettuce, three slices of tomato and a small amount of trout salad with very little trout!! If I wasn’t told what it was, I would not know it was trout!My son had two waffles… so small. We came back home hungry!! ?

Stopped in for lunch! I had the turkey bacon avocado with broccoli chedder. It was so wonderful! Will be coming back! Sorry no pictures I was too excited to dig in.

Just not that good. I gave it a few tries to see if it was just one or two things on the menu but it’s in general. Hardly any flavor, not enough variety, very basic for the most part. Last time I came the waiter seemed annoyed the whole time. After this last time I know I will not return.
