Prices have gone up. Quality has gone WAY down. Walmart’s take n bake pizza is much better. Maybe you we’ll try again in a year or 2.

Okay, so to be honest the people who work here are always so nice, whether they're at the register or delivering your food; they're always so sweet!Plus, to be honest there's one person who literally just made the pasta bread bowls for my order not even an hour ago, and dude the one who made those read the ticket and did everything perfectly; it was the best I've ever had the order be made within the 20 times my boss and I have ordered it for work!I don't know if the one who did my order will end up reading this; but you did amazing and I appreciate your extra effort on my order, so genuinely thank you!And beyond that, usually when I order during the day around lunch, there is a kind gentleman who has been there for a good while, who always remembered our old extra parm request for the parn bites we used to order way back when; and i have to say he is genuinely just so sweet and we always appreciate having him come by (even if it is just for food deliveries)! Thank you for always being so nice, I appreciate it!!P.S. for the delivery driver we had tonight, thank you for being careful with our food, and thank you for getting it to us! I know it's your job; but still thank you anyway!P.P.S. I definitely recommend this Domino's over really any others in our area/Christian county, yet the hospitality and effort they put into making their customers satisfied is amazing!

It is always sad to see a once delightful establishment turn away from customer satisfaction to apparently seeing what they can get away with.For two weeks in a row I had ordered an extra large specialty pizza online using the 50% off menu price coupon. This would have been a good deal had they not tried to sneak in a large vice an extra large. The first time I pre paid and picked up at the window. When I opened the box at home I noticed how small the pizza was. It was a 14 inch large in a 16 inch extra large box. I left comments on the order I used and was ignored.This time I ordered the same way, but chose to pay and pick up inside.Upon examining the pizza (smaller than the box, again), and actually measuring with a tape measure I had brought, I was once again given a large pizza in an extra large box.After discussing this with the manager, he remade the pizza which now measured 16 inches, but was evident the toppings were reduced. How many others have been shorted in this manner and hadn't noticed?The city of Nixa has many pizza parlors ranging from small to major chains. I do not need to waste my money or time at an establishment that has forgotten what a customer is.

Decided to give it another shot after another incomplete order, the first time I called the manager and he said he would send coupons, never received. Ordered again and this is what the stuffed bacon jalapeño bread looks like.

I am not sure who the manager is now, but he is usually on nights and super friendly! He always sounds so happy and doesn’t make excuses for the company. He just makes it right and it seems to have flowed over to the majority of the employees. Years ago when I had issue it was sometimes very hard to explain that I had no control over what happened (whether food cold or not correct), but this renewed team has now made us want to keep using Domino’s cuz we know if anything went wrong, they will fix somehow! Even the $3 self carryout tip issue that isn’t done in this area. They are excellent!
