Ordered broccoli cheddar soup and sw chicken avocado salad. Salad was great but they didn't include the avocado on the salad. Broccoli cheese soup was very good. Red velvet cookie, yum. Line at the counter, otherwise I would have asked for the avocado.

Wednesday about 2:30pm when we dropped in. The day manager Cindy Howard waited on us. Super friendly and nice. Food came out in a timely manner. Tasted great. Place was clean. We like McAlisters but the service isn’t always great (Primrose location in SGF is great too though.) We would definitely eat at this location again when in Nixa. Cost is a little high but where isn’t it high??? Honey BBQ sandwich is good!!

This is advertised everywhere kids eat free Tues but this location wasn't about to honor it. My daughter's sandwich was literally solid it was so hard and the cookies were tiny and burned. Not impressed with this McAlisters much like the others in the area . The staff was not friendly and the food was far from great.

Upon first walking in, my husband and I both made a face at the really odd smell. We couldn't place it, but he said it smelled like an old container of fish bait. It was pretty powerful. The worker who rang up our order appeared not to notice any smell.The floor and several unoccupied tables were dirty. We had to clean off where we wanted to sit at a booth.The food was okay, but based on this experience we'll certainly be avoiding the location in the future.

it was super clean in there! no tables left unbussed and the manager was amazing! its not everyday that you go into the restaurant during a rush and its super clean, food comes out fast, and the manager is even helping buss tables. not to mention the food was absolutely amazing! definitely will be coming back!
