Terry at the Nixa Pizza Hut is amazing! He is so kind and considerate and goes the extra mile to make our experience the BEST! We get personal pans for our grandchildren there about, but really disappointed when Terry's not there. He should be highly commended on his customer service. My fiancee got a call at 8 am being TOLD to show up at 3pm for an interview. Recieved another call at 230pm where the manager said "are you going to f***ing show up soon or what?" Uh not with that attitude. Very rude manager. We need a job bad but not at the expense of being berated before he even gets the job. I told him not to even go or answer their calls anymore. That is ridiculous. Not for 12.50 an hour sir. Not gonna happen. No wonder yall need help

This Pizza Hut location is amazing. They always deliver our pizza with a smile. They do not skimp on toppings like other Pizza Hut locations do. Very friendly service.

I pulled up to the window to pick up my order, made straight eye contact with one of the three employees I could see inside, a man with a beard and glasses. They ignored me for at least 5 minutes before I pulled back around to hopefully get their attention. When I told a different guy at the window that I had been waiting for a while before pulling back around, he said "there's no way" and continued to try and argue. Terrible customer service and below average food. Will not be ordering again(probably a blessing to the punks)
The pizza tasted awful for some reason this time. The cheese tasted funny and so did the crust. There was no garlic flavoring on the crust.
