I've reviewed this store before, and it was not a good review. This review is not better! It all boils down to one thing: customer service. Very rude and unprofessional service: woman takes order then walks away without confirming, doing five different things at once apparently. When she does place the food before us and our drinks, again she walks away and starts taking orders from the drive-thru. But it's the wrong order in front of us, and me not paying attention I grabbed the order and took it to the table before realizing it wasn't ours. I hadn't touched any of the food, but of course the customer who it was supposed to go to didn't want it, so the order was rejected for a new one. I can understand the employee's frustrations, but to then become rude and dismissive and argue with customers and assault Uber drivers and tell people not to come to her store anymore was totally unprofessional! Furthermore, my woman paid for two extra dipping sauses and didn't get them, yet we got the two extra biscuits that went to another order! As for the food, look at the picture I've included and tell me what you think. Does this look like something that you are ready to eat after just paying for it? (A 2-piece fish platter and a 3-piece chicken combo.) Look at the chicken in particular! If you have people this stressed out working for you, maybe it's a good idea to get new people! Regardless, as long as this particular employee (and probably manager) is store host, I will not be back to this unprofessional location!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! If they mess up your food, they will not want to refund you. This store is comprised of all family members, and it is a ghetto fabulous mess. The store manager is very rude and disrespectful. I brought food on Friday and brought it back about an hour later, and they refused me a refund. The rude young lady calls the GM at home, and the GM says that I have to bring the food back on Sunday when she is at work. I guess they didn't think I would keep the food that long.....but I did. She was trying to find any and every excuse not to refund my money but finally did. I will never go to this location again!

Myself and my husband visited this location this evening. The staff is unruly, arguing, loud, calling each other the N word. Professionalism should be priority. The food was hot and good. However, they did give us french fries instead of the mash potatoes that we ordered. Maybe if all the foolishness wasn't going on that error wouldnt have not been made. It wasnt crowded either.

Didn’t get everything I paid for and didn’t realize it till I came
I have ordered through grubhub. Chicken was good as usual & they even gave me a bigger wing this time with my order. Last time the wing was too small to charge a price for a whole piece of chicken. The chicken was still hot & fresh when delivered, which is always is. The fries were cold. This time they even added requested condiments, hot sauce & ketchup which is hard to get in delivery orders but it should be automatic. Their chicken has been very good lately & even delivered in a good time.

So I bought a family meal without having an option to have my mashed potatoes and gravy separated. The Mac and cheese was not ok on no levels.

This has to be the most disgusting place to serve food! I went into the store to witness a young man filling boxes with orders of chicken while showing his backside and underwear! Yes, he was serving food with his ass out! I tried to ignore it while waiting to be served. After standing around while the cashier laughed and chatted with others, she finally walked over to take my order. I made a request which she stated was only available on Wednesdays! While I asked if there were other specials, she rudely snapped back and said no, then walked over to the drive through window. I then immediately left the restaurant and will never return! This place needs to be shut down!
