This place has the WORST service I have EVER experienced. They had me waiting for my order for over an hour and then the driver NEVER bothered to call me for my delivery and they cancelled my order and didn’t tell me they cancelled it but had it showing on the app that it was delivered. I had to call them to see what was going on. Turns out the driver lied and said that they tried to call me and he did not!! He probably did that just to take my order.

This location needs to be shut down indefinitely. Everything about it is trash from the food to the Customer Service. This location is known for selling pizzas with expired pizza dough and ingredients. And don’t even think about getting delivery as it will take hours. Whoever independently operates this location truthfully needs the health department called on them. If you’re looking for pizza, I would suggest the Imos in North Oaks instead

It’s 12:45am Saturday morning and I was desperate to find a place to eat. It’s snowing and I had just had a rough night and even though they were closing up shop for the night, the kind man at this location helped me slate my hunger. Top notch kindness and service. 11/10!

Terrible customer service employee that answered the phone told me I'll be waiting another 2 hours after waiting for 1 and a half hours and I only ordered 1 item, 1 Pizza don't know anyone one willing to pay money only to wait 3 hours for food, very disappointed since it's the second time to happen my advise is get employee's willing to actually do their job rather than be rude just answering the phone.... Stay away from this location they just don't care about customers apparently

Why in the hell does this location take 1hour AND 45 minutes to deliver a pizza???? An hour passed for a delivery order. I called up there and they said they only have one driver and it's going to take another 45 minutes. I called back and said, I will come and pick my food up. They said, your food is ready, but it has to go in the oven???? WHAT?!?!?!? 1 hour later and my food is not even cooked, BUT ITS READY??? What in the ghettoville! This is totally unacceptable. They said the call center doesn't know what is going on. Well, who does? What does the corporate office feel about this horrible service? I guess I'll go back to Imos, they were getting a little too expensive but at least the service was good. I received my food in a timely manner without all the excuses.
Ordered pizza for my grandson. It was hot and on time. Staff was very nice.

Walked in hungry while they were open they tell me they are not accepting any orders like I didn't drive all the way there because the hours said open...yall need to fire everybody and start over! Bad business practice to refuse starving customers during business hours...??

These luh dirty mfkas took 2 HOURS to deliver my food, andddd every time I called the luh btch kept sending me to a recorded line! I explained the situation to her and everything. Once I was actually able to talk to somebody, the btch A$$ on the phone gone tell me it's finna be another 45 minutes! They lazy AS FCK at this store! Do not recommend!

I order on the phone at 900 pm and was told my order is being processed I got there by 930 and they say they where closed but they should be open until 11 I walk in ask if order was ready I was told where closed very bad customer service and no regards of wasting your time thanks but I will never be back again and won't you to spend your hard earned money with respectable business that appreciate you for spending with them
