Love Old Chicago. Went there with the family after riding rides all day at the amusement park. They forgot to make my sister's pizza so she got a free beer on the house. We left full and with left overs.
I ate some dinner here last night since it was close to the hotel. Unfortunately for me, it was very underwhelming. Maybe if you’re a beer drinker, it works out good. The cheese pizza was in my opinion no different than a Little Caesar’s pizza. I was expecting a true deep dish pizza with the name being Old Chicago. It was just a pizza. This would explain why the one near where I leave in Dallas went out of business.

Below mid. Thin crust was so hard I could throw a piece across the room and knock someone out. Pizza wasn't cut either. Half the order was wrong (they did replace the mistakes). Crust had about a 2inch length around the perimeter. Large pizza over $22 had about 8 inch diameter of actual toppings. I could pay a few dollars more and get amazing pizza at Leo's with much more toppings. The wings were good, but a tall order is only 8 wings, which they don't specify. Attached is a photo with a pizza piece to show how much crust there was. I wouldn't eat here again unless someone else was paying.

Food was mediocre at best. Calzone was all peppers and bread. Appetizer nachos was laughable. Only thing that made this place ok was our waitress that was good with my kiddos.

We always have great service and thoroughly enjoy our pizza and salads! This time we tried the blackened chicken Caesar salad and they were happy to add cucumbers. So delicious and can't wait to go back! Their pizza is phenomenal too.
There is a reason this place isn’t very busy seems like they run through staff like a revolving door service is always hit or miss. Was seated away from other customers and not in sight of wait staff there was only 2 tables occupied with a few people sitting at the bar. Wait staff was pre occupied laughing it up with each other being very loud which takes away from customers enjoying their meal. Need new management
