Used to be a good Sonic, absolutely horrible now. Last 2 times I've been to this place, waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for very simple orders. After waiting the first time for just fries for 20 minutes, I left. Second time, the wait was 20 minutes, and at the window, they tried to tell me they were short staffed. The last 2 times I’ve been have been an absolute disappointment.A couple of days ago I went for a Coke & a vanilla cone, was informed they don’t do cones anymore but they can put it in a dish ok great! My kid didn’t mind either way, but then I get home & they have given me a Vanilla Coke?
