First, I would like to speak about how this store treats their employees, to sum it up in one word Awful!! Some one who works hard , takes the job seriously and is net late , takes other shifts for those who couldn’t work those days, kind to customers and respects everyone. That’s who I would want as an employee. They didn’t even have the courage with in themselves to let the employees go, instead cut there hours to be forced to find another job because one day a week was not making the bills. It’s so cowardly that they couldn’t even say why or what the proble usm is or was. They can’t keep help most likely because of what I stated above. I got an ice cream the other day and it wasn’t edible unless I was to drink it. From the cone! So runny it made a mess on me and my car, no napkins were given either, think long and hard if you truly want service and treatment like this before you go there! I wish there was a o star on here!

This store is a wonderful place to shop. Each time I go here it smells delicious and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I got the Boston Fruit Slices. They were sweet and flavorful. The store bought brand name fruit slices are terrible compared to these. We were lucky to have also had the chocolate covered strawberries. They were freshly made. The strawberries were sweet and had the perfect amount of chocolate on them. They said they could make them for anybody if you order them by calling ahead.

The ice cream is good however my mom asked for two scoops and extra nuts. I asked for two scoops. My ice cream was above the cup line hers was under the cup line. The lady that made the ice cream said that the weight of her ice cream was proportionate of two scoops.

We broke down 3 hours from home & had to have a tow truck take my van to the Firestone next door… meanwhile my family has to drive to come get us.. we walk to this baskin robbins & there was a gentleman (blonde) and two girls working.. they were incredible.. even offered to front our icecream/smoothie cost to help us out since I just paid $215 on a tow truck out of state… the generosity they showed and how personable they were, needs to be recognized. They were working in the evening at 6:00 on Saturday July 8 2023.

Messed my order up the first time, got it remade & was missing a whole brownie realized when i got home had to drive all the way back to the store with melted ice cream to get it remade with my brownie that i was missing and they used my old melted ice cream to remake my order... smh when i asked why i couldn't get new ice cream he said " because that's still usable & i already threw away your first one from the first Order" unacceptable! I wanted a sundae not a shake! I should have gotten new ice cream considering they made the mistake!!

I hate to give this location such a bad rating because all of the other times I’ve been here the customer service was phenomenal, but today it was far from that. Your employee Amber was rude at the order box and the window. She charged me for the wrong item and when I looked at the receipt she blamed me for not ordering correctly, but I did, she just misheard me. She acted rude at the window and after blaming me for ordering incorrectly she rudely asked if I wanted her to make another one. I was done and we had already waited a very long time for her to even open the window the first time for payment, so I said no and we left. I have never had a single problem at this location previously and all of the other employees have been super nice until today. Amber needs to be a little nicer.
