Waited in drive through for my order while staff took turns having conversation with car in front of me. They were laughing and joking around. One staff member kept looking at me but continued to chat . They were not waiting for his order because nothing was passed through the window the whole time I waited . I will not go there again. I will go to the other store in O'Fallon . I will also be putting this on FB and neighborhood App.

I ordered the Petals and Pearls Cake almost a week ahead of my daughter's birthday. I cannot identify anything looking like a pearl. The color was way off. What I ordered versus what I got was a major disappointment. I even mentioned to the cashier that it didn't look like what they show on their website. I learned my lesson- I will not ever trust Baskin Robbins with a Cake ever again.

Went to order a cake from here because on the website it states they can put photos on the cakes. 4 people working they have no sense of customer service they just stare at you and wait for you to order, no information on my options for cake decorating or anything. The "decorator" comes out and again just sitting there with her notebook and pen, zero customer service and when i asked her to do something her responce was rudly " i can try". So you want me to spend 90$ on a cake your going to TRY to do? I got a refund and i wont be back. The manager gave me attitude for wanting to return. Where is the work ethic these days?

Went here today well over an hour before closing. Half of the Ice Cream had been put away. That's fine chose something else. My $7 shakes were nothing but milk and maybe half a scoop of Ice Cream. Worst place ever.

If only 0 stars were an option.. 1. Why aren't the flavors listed on the drive thru menu? I shouldn't have to look their menu up online to find out what I want. 2. Since there were no flavors listed I ordered a vanilla milkshake, which took over 5 minutes to get and then tastes soured. Definitely won't be wasting any more money here.

I ordered a cake with a simple design for my husband's birthday. It looked like something I could've decorated myself. It tasted fine, but if you care about looks I recommend finding a different store.

Crew says they don't have ice cream when in the drive thru. Go inside they have a lot. Shakes watered down and not mixed. Even Manager with shoulder length hair not even pulled back. Hello health code. Only reason you got 1 star is because I wanted to leave a review

I don’t think we’ve ever been here and they’ve actually had everything we’ve tried to order :( they’re currently completely out of donuts- on a Saturday. Teenagers working and all they’re doing is goofing off inside every single time while the place is a mess.

AWFULLL do not go to this baskin robbins. Idk how Dunkin is but I imagine the same. Made our ice cream sundaes completely wrong. Also offered sample spoons or a fork to eat it with, not a huge deal as we were going home. But after reading past reviews this seems to be a frequent thing. The girls working seemed unbothered with our order and to be honest high af. 0/10

Waited in line for an hour. There were more than enough people working it should not have taken so long. They forgot to make my coffee so I waited over five minutes for someone to figure out how to make it and it tastes disgusting. All the employees were standing around talking and not doing anything while I was sitting at the drive-through window.

Disappointed in this location. They do not have any basic flavors, and the ice cream was soft like mush. I will stick with Dairy Queen.

Ordered a cake a month ago. Was supposed to get it on the 23rd. I got there during my pick up time and the store was closed. I have called corporate multiple times. All they can do is send me a $20 gift card. The cake was $40. Only the store can give me a refund but the store never posts their hours and they are closed at random times. Currently disputing this with my credit card company. Wasn't given any warning the store was closing and have yet to hear from the store owner. Never ordering from them again. And don't count on corporate to help you with anything because they have no knowledge about what goes on in their store.

Wow what a horrible experience both with this location and corporate. We ordered a cake long before we needed it and when it was time to pick it up, the location was closed. I understand needing to close due to staffing issues or an emergency, but there was no signage on anywhere to indicate their random closure. Calling corporate to try and get this resolved, they made plenty of mistakes (sending our contact info to the wrong store manager and connecting us with the wrong department) before telling us there was nothing they could do. All I am looking for at this point is a refund because it is clear we aren't going to be getting what we paid for, but it's impossible to get ahold of anyone so I need to take this through my credit card company to get our money back.

Worst customer service experience ever. Ordered a cake online on Thursday for my wife’s birthday on Sunday. Called on Sunday morning to check the order status and was nonchalantly told that their baker had been out of town all week. They hadn’t bothered to let me know so I had time to order from another store. They didn’t apologize or ask how they could make it right. And to top it off, they told me I have to come back to the store to get my refund processed. Never again will I give BR my business.
