I would give zero stars. But it wouldn't let me.We had a reservation for 2 made the day before. When we arrived, they told us to have a seat, they needed a few minutes. Then we proceeded to watch multiple parties come in and be seated immediately. One woman even said "I just called for a party of 2", ...she was seated immediately.We left. I will not be back, they way we appeared to be treated was not ok. I've never dined here, and after today, probably never will.

Food and service were excellent, lobster and striped bass entrees. Crab cakes are the best in the area, all crab. Unless you are large, you may wish to avoid the two person booth. The table is pretty far from you and you'll end up on the edge of the seat trying to reach your plate.

Great place for special occasions. We celebrated our anniversary there and are very pleased with the food, the service, the ease of making a reservation. It's pricey, but worth it for a a special occasion. King crab legs were excellent. Generous portions too. Also recommend the grilled asparagus and lobster risotto. The restaurant treated us to a slice of carrot cake for our anniversary which was delicious. Katherine is an excellent server. She knew when to be at our table. Checked several times to be sure we were taken care of. Great night to remember!

My wife and I have often eaten at Bristol's, O'Fallon, and have always enjoyed the food and service. However, the noise level was higher than usual, probably due to them taking down the clear partitions between the booths post-Covid. Also, they must have been short on kitchen help, because it took considerably longer to receive our food.

Cooks need a visit to NOLA and learn how to season and flavor the food’!This food deserves to be the best tasting within a 100 miles,Even the gumbo and lobster bisque were only average.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy entry…all one level
We had a wonderful time celebrating with friends and family. Food and wine were delicious! Service showed up at all the right times. One of our favorite places to go for special occasions.

Our waitress, Bree, had our table ready for us when we arrived. Her service throughout the meal was excellent. We were there for a birthday and there was a Happy Birthday card on the table and the desert for the birthday person was comped - all of this without us asking. Everyone's food was very well prepared and individual requests handled with no issues. There was a pretty large crowd there so the noise level made it hard to hear each other at times - this was the only "negative" during our meal. On the plus side, the large crowd probably means that this restaurant is doing well and will be there for our next visits.

We started off our evening in the bar area for a nice drink & appetizer. Then we were graciously walked over to our charming table in the restaurant. Amber provide excellent service and attention. We were able to enjoy one of the surf & turf specials offered on the menu and the food was cooked perfectly. We will be back!
