Tasteless food, and WAY overpriced even by today's standard...breakfast for 2 people at $50??? No thanks

Love that it's open on Mondays now and the fact I can get a good latte with my breakfast. Love the French toast combinations. And friendly service.

My buddies and I just had an amazing breakfast at Capp's (5/13/22)! Great place for food, spacious enough for good conversation, nice wait staff. Separate rooms for groups if needed. You can't go wrong if you want a good breakfast or lunch. Hurry on over!

We've been patrons of Cappuccino's for years - many years. We haven't been for several months but we were excited to be back; however, we were disappointed. While food was prepared ok, the portions were noticeably smaller (croissant, hash browns) and the French toast was underwhelming at best. But what really shocked us were the prices. Iced tea was $3.75 and no refills were offered. My "usual" breakfast was more expensive and yet smaller ($40+ for 2 ppl). The service was meh to average (and the place was not crowded at all) but that would be easily forgiven if the prices/portions were closer to what they used to be. I get inflation, but don't raise prices AND reduce the portions. I learned that owners had changed since we were last there. Bummer. It was a good run.

Before Covid, we used to go to Caps on a regular basis. Today was the first time since Covid that we ate at Caps. The food was terrible, it is overpriced, and they were playing hard rock over the speaker system in the dining room. It was incredibly annoying. Not boing back.

The food just wasn't good. I ordered an omelette and asked for no mushrooms. It came with mushrooms. The cook redid the omelette. It was supposed to have cheese in it, but there was very little cheese. It just wasn't good. The toast was warm bread. My dining companion asked if potatoes were included and she was told no, but she could switch the toast for potatoes. She asked if there was an up charge and was told no. They charged her. The same thing happened another time we went for lunch. She asked for onion rings instead of fries. Nothing was said about an up charge and she was charged extra. They have a problem saying anything about an extra charge. The food at lunch was ok. The boneless wings were a little overdone, but edible.

I was there on Sunday and ordered 2 egg breakfast. My husband ordered Capps classic. We waited nearly 1/2 hr. When our order came the eggs were cold and the toast was burnt. My husband shared his pancakes with me and they were over cooked. This was not a good breakfast and I don't think it was the waitresses fault. This restaurant used to be a place that we enjoyed eating at but not this time. I don't know it we will go back.

Very excited to try this place. I asked for the veggie omelet with no cheese, along with dry toast. The omelet was great. Toast was served buttered and cold. My mom had ordered pancakes, bacon, and eggs. The pancakes were average, but they needed a ton of syrup. The bacon was undercooked. Very floppy and gross. My sister got scrambled eggs, bacon, and hashbrowns. The eggs were watery and cold, her bacon was done nicely. But her hashbrowns were cold, watery, and mushy. I wouldn't return, based on the food.

This was my first time eating here and I will definitely never return. Only half the tables were seated and they were running a waitlist at the door. The hostess was completely scatter brained, running around and yelling to the other servers across the restaurant. They only had two servers on, and they seemed completely overworked. Our server often yelled across the dining room to his tables asking if they needed anything, rather than going up to the tables and ask quietly. I was hoping the food would be good enough to compensate for the total lack of quality service, but alas, it was just as disappointing. My wife had an omelet in which all of the toppings were still half-cooked and watery. I had eggs benedict with bacon and pancakes. The eggs, which were supposed to be poached were actually hard boiled and the bacon was way overcooked. The pancakes were alright, but weren't enough to make up for everything else that was wrong. If I were to give advice to management, it would be save some money by making serving sizes smaller and using that saved money to staff up and put more focus on serving quality food.

Disgusting!! While we were eating, slugs were crawling up and down the walls and table. Would never go back!

Have been to Capp’s many times and have had so-so experiences. But continue to return because their food is good. Today I just don’t think I can continue to support this restaurant. My party of three was seated by a very kind and friendly hostess. We ordered our drinks, then food, and then opened our silverware napkins. My child’s silverware was wrapped in a napkin with dust and debris all inside of it. When we saw our waitress next we asked her for a new set because this one...

Consistent extreme rudeness by woman doing cashier and apparent manager job. She is very nasty and disrespectful, especially to elderly widows.

Went with our family didn't give us a menu then didn't come to us for 45 mins so we left. The service was terrible. The waitress was mad at us because we didn't have a menu

Rude waiters, rude managers. Terrible customer service. Never will go back.

My wife and I have been regular customers on and off for 12 years. We started coming here for breakfast when the restaurant was first established on Bryan Road. It’s always been a very casual environment every time we’ve been here and the food is always good. Over the last year or so we have always gotten Chris as our waitress. She always stays on top of my coffee cup to make sure it’s full. Even with two servers working the whole restaurant she always does a great job taking
