Chipotle off of k has terrible service. The entire staff there tonight had no customer service etiquette and was not friendly when asked to get a sauce told me it was in back. When I asked the guy to get it please told me they could not, when received my food chips were stale, and the location was very dirty from the tables to the floors . Took my food to go. Definitely will not be coming back to this location and it's close by the house. I'd rather go out of my way 30 minutes to go get Chipotle elsewherr then to return to this location. Or even go to Qdoba. The entire front line was not helpful when ordering. Thanks.

Toughest mother

Took 20 minutes longer than promised on an app order with no communication. I asked why it was taking so long, and they ignored me. The dining room was filthy, and I watched a bunch of employees going out the back door to smoke and back in to work.all while I and many others were waiting.

The food is always delicious. I will say that. Unfortunately nobody in the restaurant seems to know how to clean tables, ever. Once i asked for stuff to clean the tables and was met with an open mouth gaze from the guy behind the counter. The last time we went, my wife found cleaning supplies, which was honestly a shock because we weren't sure that they kept any on hand, and cleaned our own table while the employees behind the counter gazed on, seemingly unaware of what was happening. I think in the future when we are asked if we need anything else, we'll just say "a clean table" and see what they do.

Place is great. I love chipotle. But one time a lady was little rude to me, I was trying to show what I need but she told me to keep my hands away from glass. It’s reasonable but she could tell me that nicely.

Great option if you're looking for healthier food that's around $10. It always tastes amazing! Could use a little salt though. The chicken is very good, and what I get every time.

I put in an online order for pick up for the first time. Usually we go in and order inside the restaurant these burritos are outstanding…..when we’re standing directly in front of the employees.When ordering 2 burritos online, it asks for the name for each item…..but when we got home neither item was marked with a name….so I’m curious as to the point of asking individual names….good thing I guessed right with the first one I picked up out of the bag, and it was only for my spouse and me.Then I got 1/3 of the way through my burrito and realized there was no more chicken….at all.I guess next time I shouldn’t add a tip because the GAF in what kind of quality they’re putting out is sub-par at best.I’ve worked in the service industry for 26 years and I’d be embarrassed with the quality that was executed this time as an employee, much less a business owner.
