I go to Crazy Bowls & Wraps often. They are usually great. Today was no different besides the fact that it was THE BEST wrap I've received from them in all my time going. Salmon in my wrap was cooked to perfection. All the ingredients portioned correctly throughout. Shoutout to DJ & Nayley!!!!! (Hope I spelled the name right)

I go to this location twice a week and only have problems when one particular gentleman is working. I’m sitting here in the drive thru. I’m the only one here. It’s been 10 minutes so far and the only employee that is working is on the phone. When he finally came to the window, he had an attitude. I expect this from McDonalds, but when I’m paying $17 for a meal, I expect better service. Please sir, go work at Burger King or Taco Bell where your poor customer service will be accepted. It’s now been 15 minutes and still have no food….

Outstanding service by the general manager Deb. Our office has monthly meetings ( for 8 of us) and we love ordering from Crazy Bowls in O'Fallon because our order is always exactly what we ordered and on time. We are always greeted with kindness and food is prepared to perfection. Whatever Deb is doing to make sure her location runs this smoothly, should be shared with their other locations!! Ordered 2 chicken Caesar wraps. Mine had grilled chicken that was so dry and hard you couldn’t chew it. My husband was into his second half and bit into it and a long piece of plastic wrap was in the bite. Just all around yuck!

Crazy Bowls is my favorite lunch place to grab a healthy meal of whole rice, vegetables and the protein of my choice. The teriyaki sauce is superb! I always put the spicy peppers on to heat it up a little!

Every time I come here - the food is always amazing! The GM of this location is absolutely amazing. I have been coming here for years, & I have given this store a lot of business. All of the staff here is phenomenal except for one (who I believe is a manager) who we have had issues with a few times whenever we get our order messed up.We usually order a lot of food, so we always pull over in the parking lot to make sure the order is correct. It usually is.This same situation has happened once with the same manager. She is a shorter lady with dark hair. We ordered two tex mex egg rolls, but received two lobster rangoons. My boyfriend went inside the store to ask for the correct order, & the cashier admitted he rang in our order wrong. The cashier told the manager what order we needed, after finishing the egg rolls she came to the front register. My boyfriend told her he ordered two (not one which is what she gave him), & she gave him a dirty look & went to the kitchen. When she came back out, she made us pay for the egg rolls, even though we already paid for the lobster ragoons that we didn’t order (& didn’t want either).I will continue to support this business, however I am usually displeased with the way this manager treats customers.
