Ordered a Rueben sandwich ,fries, and a drink. They were out of regular cups, they had hardly any sodas available. I got my sandwich and it seemed kinda skimpy. I took one bite and realized there was no meat on it. It was just Swiss cheese and saurkraut. The girl when I came yo the counter said well I will have to talk to the manager .

Tried the cod and walleye. Fish seemed fresh and tasty but the coating was soft and very soggy on the underside. Expected a crispy exterior. Fries ok- rehydrated crinkle cut. Crisp but dry inside.

Service at this location has gone down the last couple of times we have been here. Food was good, waited 20 mins for 2 burgers and shrimp and was cold, custard was 25 mins at least. I know they are probably short staffed but there is better ways to handle it. Best cheese curds around though.

All the workers I have encountered are always so polite & efficient. There is one, Jordan, who goes above & beyond. I usually order in the drive-thru lane. His voice is always happy & he greets me with his huge smile at the window. He always tells me to have a blessed day. That just warms my heart & brings me happiness. I just want to complicate this young man & let him know he makes a difference.
have tried 4 times in the past week to get ice cream and they are “always out”.. Thought it was because we were going late at night but tried again tonight at 6pm and they were out. Went through the drive through and person working was rude and i felt like he was throwing items at me and rushing me through.. there was also no line. I ordered a lemonade and apparently they were also out but instead of telling me I got a water. I paid for a lemonade and got water. Not happy.
