Why hasn't anyone written a review for 4 years? How am I supposed to know if the bakery is still a good place to go to?

I just shopped at the location on Salt Lick Road in St. Peters (Aug 13, 2 p.) and very disappointed in the management and stock supply in the women's restroom. I would have preferred to email the company although there is not an email address to send concerns. My experience dealt with bait and switch, packages of meat were in the aisle cooler advertised 2 for $10. I choose to get the packages of burgers and proceeded to check out. At checkout they rang up $11.99. After bringing it to the attention of the clerk she called the manager. The manager took the package and went to the back of the store and called the clerk to tell me the package is marked correctly and the sale items are specially marked. Also, to let me know there is a sticker on the sign. When she brought the package back to my other groceries I kindly asked her if the price would be honored and was denied. I then asked if the sign could be removed, it is deceiving to the customer. I view that as bait and switch, if the product is no longer there then please remove the sign. To top it off as I left, used the restroom and there was no TP in the stall. The sign on the door says they cleaned and checked it. Please provide the service you advertise and you should have honored the sign in the cooler. Signed by a customer who will not be returning to Dierbergs and drive an extra mile to their competition.

Overall staffing & service is way down lately. Management is nonexistent at best. Very disappointed in my last two experiences the last few weeks. We're all dealing with covid obstacles in our jobs and daily life, but never should the customer be an afterthought in a service related company. About done; ready to shift my business elsewhere.

Dierbergs claims it cleans the restrooms every hour. Today I went into the men's restroom and there was feces smeared over the walls, the floors and the toilet itself. It was the most disgusting thing I've ever seen in my life. I'm never shopping there again.

My Dierbergs is great! How can I request they carry Siggi’s Triple cream yogurt?

We wanted to express our appreciation for an employee doing such a fabulous jobWe were shopping last evening and needed help locating a product, Tom the manager went and retrieved it, twice we wanted other flavors. We were in the checkout. We have met him and he has helped us before. He's so friendly and helpful, truly a joy to interact with. We expressed our confidence in him to DIERBERGS corporation but also wanted to express it here on Yelp. We highly recommend this Dierbergs location & besides you can meet TomGreat job

LOVE this Dierberg's! Totally worth the short drive to shop here instead of their unfortunate local competitor! Always have fresh produce and a great selection throughout the store. Staff is always very friendly and they have lots of great bargains plus many hard to find items. Dierberg's is definitely the best chain of supermarkets in the STL area!

Absolutely NOT the friendliest store in town! Asked floral to wrap flowers w some baby breath, the clerk said you can get some yourself and proceeded to grab out of cooler. Then put in plastic bag w roses. They used to wrap them nicely with greenery and baby's breath, I was willing to pay, she was not willing to provide... then needed lawn bags. I went to the service desk to ask where, the clerk was looking down, I waited for about 30 seconds to interrupt her, she looked up with a mean glance and said isle 12... lines were all the way back to the isles, what in the world!!

The young lady in the bakery dept. helped put together a bread package for me. I live in KC and this was for a birthday party. Thank you so much!

The first Friday of Passover, 3/30, I got a phone call from my Aunt around noon. "Can you please pick up the shank bone for the Seder plate?" She said any grocery would have them. I'm out in Wentzville, MO for work at lunch time and I start panicking I won't find one. After I'm finished I start heading back to Chesterfield and stop at the Fresh Thyme in O'Fallon. No shanks of any kind. Dierberg's is the next closest so I pull in and head straight to the butcher counter. Finally it's my turn. "Hello would you happen to have any lamb shank bones? If not I think a beef shank would work too... It doesn't have to have a lot of meat on it..." I'm freaking out because it's like 2pm and the Seder is at 5pm and out in the middle of nowhere. The butcher is pretty young and looks at me like I have 3 heads. The older gentleman off to the side says "You mean a Seder bone?" I said "Yes, that would be great! Thank you SO MUCH!" Mission accomplished and the shank bone was no charge. Thank you O'Fallon Dierberg's! Who knew?

Big Sis and I went on a quick shopping trip August 18. I just needed four things, and she just needed salad ingredients, so we shared a cart. We were finding everything we needed just fine and dandy. The wait at the deli counter was rather ridiculous. There were employees around, should we have needed assistance. Halfway through, I needed to cut out to the facilities. When I returned, she musta gone down every single aisle, the cart was half full, and she was happy. Okey-dokey. And we continued down every aisle. I stuck with my four needed items. She was on a roll. That's OK. We had fun. I have no idea what she spent. She went through first. My four items were a whopping $9.02, half of it being a bottle of balsamic vinaigrette.

Ordered a watermelon stuffed with fresh fruit. Was asked how much we wanted to spend and answered $35. Picked it up and the charge was $54!! Talked to the manager who said he couldn't help us. Should have refused to accept this but we had ordered it and felt obligated. Apparently it's sold by weight. Funniest thing was it didn't have even 1 piece of watermelon in the mix! Last time "it's fresh, it's friendly" works on us. Very sad

Went there tonight with the new app. They are still figuring it out as cashiers but management / customer service rectified my purchases and visit perfectly, as per usual! Dierbergs is never a disappointment :)
