Tonight was our first visit to Dogwood Social House and overall it was a pretty good experience. I will say I was a little nervous given the low Yelp ratings, but they exceeded our expectations. The place is huge (I believe it was a former Gold's gym) and there were plenty of seating options. I wanted to sit outside since it was nice out but I was afraid we might be overlooked as no one else was out there. There are high top tables, large round tables, cozy couch seating that offers some intimacy- and more. This would definitely be a great place to meet a group of folks. There is a huge screen playing random music videos that were fun to watch, even if some of the songs made us cringe (Guns 'N Roses, Rednex, Billy Ray Cyrus AND Miley Cyrus [separately] Fountains of Wayne, Black Eyed Peas, etc.) The Cardinals game was on another screen and fighting on yet another. There are lots of recreation opportunities- from billiards to giant Jenga, giant Connect Four, axe throwing, shuffleboard, slot machines, claw machines, skee ball, etc. Happy Hour is in effect til 6pm but sangria sounded pretty refreshing, so I ordered the cherry merlot version. It was good, but extremely cherry flavored. It came with a slice of orange, a slice of lime and a slice of lemon. Also, it was a pretty big serving, which was poured over ice and served in a bucket. I definitely felt the much-needed buzz I was seeking. Not bad for $10. I would probably try the strawberry sangria if I had to do it again. And our waiter offered to replace it for me, but it was good enough so I finished it. I ordered the garbage burger- a recommendation from our waiter. It was pretty good- two beef patties with hash browns, egg, bacon, onions, etc. I would have liked for the egg yolk to have been runny- as that gives the burger a delicious sauce. It was a filling dinner. It came with a side of sidewinders, which are large fries in a twisty shape. I dipped them in ranch dressing as that's what the waiter brought. My husband ordered the pulled pork nachos. They are plentiful-and served on a large baking pan. He was able to eat them all, but I'm not sure everyone would. It's a lot! He enjoyed them. Based on this experience, I'll go back again and try some other things.

Food was okay but came out cold. I could buy the same thing else where and spend a fraction of what we spent and not be bothered with small children running behind me every two seconds. To many kids around couldn't even get into the arcade. Parents were not monitoring their own children while getting trashed on the couches. I was expecting a drinking facility with games for adults. Will never be back and will never refer this to my friend and family. Over priced new age chunky cheese.

We've been to Dogwood a few times now, most recently to gather our family and celebrate our daughter's 21st birthday. The staff was extremely helpful in assisting with getting space secured for our large party (18); the option to order food ahead of time worked really well, as what we ordered was brought to the table at the precise time we requested it.Sometimes, with larger groups, quality service can be a struggle... this was not the case for us. We received exceptional service and attention, with our servers going above and beyond to pay special attention to the birthday girl. Thanks for making this a memorable event.

The food isn't the best tasting at all. The Jamaican buffalo boneless wings were dry as hell and the chicken was so dark they thought we mistook it for beef but in fact, they gave us the wrong quesadilla. The manager or someone else other than our waiter came over and showed us the difference between the two meats just wasn't a very good time. Jenna was fun though.
So much potential but keep expectations low when it comes to service. This is in regards to reserving space for a party. We requested a kids party package through the website, as directed. There was no confirmation or communication back to us. So we arrived and while our tables were reserved, there was no one who could tell us about the kids party options. We did a party there in 2023 and the options have drastically changed and are very different. Our waiter was nice but had no idea about the options. It was so frustrating trying to get information. Once that was all squared away (we didn't opt in for a party package), it's hard to follow up with wait staff once food was delivered, none of the kids had drinks. I couldn't find our server so I approached the bar to ask for a pitcher of water. No cups needed, just water. She rudely told me they don't have pitchers. She then asked if I needed kids cups of water and I said sure. She didn't alert anyone or help herself, I was clearly a bother. But then our waiter came out with a pitcher of lemonade and water. Yes, pitchers. The kids had a great time but as a parent it's very frustrating to try and coordinate anything here. Management at this particular location has often been rude and dismissive and allows staff to do so as well.

hate leaving bad reviews however this one they deserve. sat and waited 20 minutes asked for help about 10 minutes. guy came over and said wasn't his section. at 20 minutes went and asked for help. saw 3 servers argue over it wasn't there "section". left after we witnessed this. stay away

Had a birthday celebration here and it was a great spot, family friendly very spacious. Food was ok. Some items were really good but some not so much. It's definitely a great place to have a celebration or grouo event. Great to work with and had all our tables reserved. Got to bring in decorations and cake/cupcakes.

Reserved a table online and were given a couch section without any details. When we arrived the girls at the front weren't super helpful, there for decoration maybe, and did a poor job explaining where we were going, the process there, etc. We hunted around for our "table" which was marked by a piece of paper. When we finally found it, another party was sitting there still and there were dirty plates everywhere. We were eating dinner so wanted an actual table to sit at for 6 people and they were unconcerned by the issue and told us it was open seating if we wanted to look around. We found a high top, sat down and waited about 20 minutes to finally have a server come. She was despondent and complained about how many tables she had, could barely describe the card process there and it took an additional 15 minutes to get a bucket of beer. We ordered food at the same time and none of it came correct or in a timely manner. 2 of us got cheeseburgers and one was completely done eating before we got the other. Wrong drinks, poor service, had to fetch our own silverware (just a fork is provided), ketchup was empty, etc. Not even a lot of games to choose from. Every table around us was having the same issues. Bathrooms were out of soap and hand towels the entire time despite a gal checking the stalls at one point. The food itself is sub par as well. No sauce on boneless wings, incorrect orders flying around, etc. Poor experience for sure and I doubt we'll go back.

Fantastic place to get together with friends and have FUN!! They have it all - pool tables, corn hole, shuffle board, arcade games and Axe Throwing and lotsa good choices for food and beverages. They even have self-serve beer taps. so many I can't remember! Make sure you check out their buckets. Yes, buckets You can book events or just make a reservation and they'll save you a table (or 3) our server handled our large party of 18 with ease. Her service , with a smile , made our night! We live outta town but will definitely make it back here soon!
