Rarely do I get bad enough service that I feel the need to write a review. I ordered two pan pizzas with peperoni and sausage for delivery online. What I received was two cheese pizzas, just cheese. Drove down to the Domino's location and explained the issue to this idiot with a goatee, very clearly explained what I ordered vs what I got. Didn't get an apology but he did say (Well I'll remake it for you), so I thought that was the end of my ordeal. NOPE, remember when I called this guy an idiot? I sit there and wait for him to remake my order and I am handed two sausage pizzas, not the sausage and PEPERONI pizzas I originally ordered. I point this out and once again I receive no apology, all I get is and I quote (Well I only heard sausage). At this point I cut my losses and returned home with what I have. This guy fails at the most basic requirement of his job, listening to the customer. Never asked for anyone's name because at that point I didn't feel I'd get an answer, at least not an honest one. Don't recommend buying from this location but if you do don't tip, it's not worth your money

order dominoes tonight because I couldn’t get to the grocery store before the snow hit. They were able to deliver in 20 minutes and the pizza was hot, very surprised and pleased given the weather.

WORST DOMINOS AND WORST PIZZA I HAVE EVER ORDERED!! I couldn’t even force feed this to a starving child. Whoever allowed this to be made, then checked, THEN delivered to me should be fired and has no business doing the easiest job ever, making pizza. This is BY FAR the most horrible Dominos I have ever ordered from, 90% of the time they carelessly and moronically screw up my orders and literally NOBODY CARES ONE BIT!!!!!!!! They have the audacity to hang up on me when I call to complain about a pizza that’s not even edible and then say “uhhhhh yea it’s gonna be a while” as if every employee is stoned. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DOMINOS!!!!!!!!!! These people are PATHETIC, my pizza literally looks like a 6 year old playing with Tinker Toys……someone obviously needs to teach these children how to make the easiest food on earth.

Why was I insulted, cussed at, called a liar and korenjust because the 'General Manager Andrew' made my food wrong. I was told over and over again I was wrong about my pizza being made wrong, I was called a liar, humiliated in the store, screamed at, called a slut, whore and fucker, as well called a fat fuck. All because this man was mad I proved to him he made my pizza wrong. I paid extra to get pan pizza, it was made incorrectly into a hand tossed pizza. I called told this man what happened. He said he was the only one working in the store and that he knew it did t happen. I said I had pictures. He said he didn't care. I said fine ill bring it up there. I did, showed him he was wrong and he continually told me I was wrong and lying. I've been getting the same pizza for 5 years. I asked him does that mean eveey employee he has had for 5 years made it wrong and then the screaming started. My husband got mad and slung the pizza at the floor in front of the register (not even near him, he was behind a partition) after he got mad and called me a fucking slut. He has never seen before and I have never seen him before. He also hung up on me the second time I called to complain to get the right corporate number. I asked for his name and didn't hear him because I am partially deaf. He screamed at me do I need to fucking yell it at it so you hear me right. I am insulted, beyond angry, and have every intention of this man getting fired. As well being put on a DO Not Hire list all throughout Saint Charles County. I am also speaking to my lawyer. I don't know what dominos is thinking hiring awful people like this. But I will get the problem resolved quickly. I came very close to calling the police and having him arrested for harassment. He was lucky I didn't. He embarrassed me and my spouse in front of anyone who was working there or in the parking lot, all because he did t know how to properly do his job as a 'General manager' or be a decent person.
we ordered a thin medium crust pizza with sausage, pepperoni, green peppers and onion. We probably had 6 very thin silvers of green peppers on the entire pizza. Also the pizza sauce was so scant, you could barely taste it. So disappointed'n

I spent $15.00 on the absolute most disgusting chicken that I have ever had. This had to be bad chicken. It was inedible. After one bite I couldn't eat anymore. Now I am sick to my stomach. I normally have the pizza, but since the last time I ordered I got sick, I decided to try the chicken. Big mistake. Service was fine. I always order for delivery so I can't speak to the ambiance. The past two order's have left me sick with overpriced food. Never again. I'm moving on.

Very bad experience tonight I ordered a pizza and they put no sauce on it when I asked for extra it tasted very dry like cheese bread with meat and I called and told them about it and some skinny coke head told me to get some water and choke it down and hung up ill try to post the pizza me and my co worker couldn't eat it
