Whatever Dairy Queen has done for their burgers they have changed the taste totally totally disappointed in a burger that tastes like it was fried on the grill and I was told they are no longer grilling them like they used to back in the day! That's what made the Dairy Queen Burgers so great was the grill being used with fresh hamburger patties. Totally disappointed was absolutely no taste to the sandwich and even received it barely warm and dry!

Both hD chicken tenders basket with fries, and onion rings, they have the best chicken tenders, great taste, crispy, onion rings are about the best we have had anywhere around Ofallon, only equat to Sea Galley.The staff always very friendly, smiling, helpfull, fast service great tasting food, and ice cream and lots moreIt's a pleasure to eat at the resturant, clean always, very nice staffIf you haven't tried it or not lately you got to treat your self, drive in or carry out or relax enjoy confortable seating inside, they got it all and great managers.We might see you there on our next trip only 1.5 mile for us to get there.1/4/24:Made another stop for a quick luncheon with my wife and found again, very nice help, soon as you walk in the door, there is no at this business.After reviewing the large menu isn't easy to narrow down choices to what to have. Today was chicken strip, with onion rings and French fries and drink, wife had chicken strips, onion rings, drink and a free sundae "strawerry.Everything was wonderful, great taste, flavor and served fast.The city best far as we found in two years we've now been here, for onion rings, and chicken strips.Entire staff working is all friendly, smiles and really acts like they are glad to see you to eat.The Manager on duty ( didn't get his name) you can't miss him very tall man and he's everywhere you look helping the team, he's very nice and definitely knows how to build a team.Again, we just enjoy coming this this location about anywhere in town.Thank you to the STAFF TEAM, and the manager, please keep it up, your on target. 100%.I have grown up with DQ, and I am so glad there's one here in Ofallon. Whoever is working doesn't know you are supposed to actually put ice cream in the blizzards. Got a large and mostly just the cookie stuff for the new cookie blizzard. There was like 2-3 inches of this compacted in the bottom.

We ordered and paid with the mobile app. The DQ store did not have our order. I had all the info on the app, even the order # but they could not look it up. The said I would need to reorder and pay again plus I would need to contact DQ to get a refund. I'm $80 into the order now. We contacted DQ corporate and said it was take 3 to 5 days for a refund. I've ordered several time with the app before and this is the first time having this issue.

Ordered on the mobile app, got confirmation, & credit card was charged. Showed up to pick it up & we were told they didn't have our order... like, it never came thru their system. He said it's happened before, but then said they can't make the order for us without ringing it up & charging us again. When we asked how we should go about getting refunded for the mobile app order, he said "I don't know. Hopefully you can figure it out." Called an 800# I found via Google & was told we would be refunded in 3-5 business days.On top of all of that, the new sauced & tossed tenders are awful. We got an order of both flavors & they were all drowning in the sauce. We needed paper towels to wipe them off to an edible amount. Also note, the garlic parmesan sauce has red pepper flakes in it. It'll be a long time before we go back to this DQ!!

STOP putting drinks in bags for deliveries. You have no cup holder in the bag like McDonalds or Starbucks so how the hell are the drinks supposed to stay from falling or spilling if they can’t be put in a cup holder!!?

The blizzard I got was good but it wasn't cold enough. I didn't even have it 5minutes and it started melting instantly. By the time I went to go eat it, it was melty soup consistency. Looked like it was really soft when I got it so that's probably why it was melting fast.
