The chicken sandwich was pretty good but in my opinion not really worth the price of $15. The service was decent and overall I will return but it's basically like an any other chain restaurant like 54th or Fridays's nothing special.

We went there last night for dinner and had a GREAT experience. Awesome service (special shout out to our server Chelsea), super good food, great prices, and just a cool atmosphere. Even the other customers around us were friendly. Literally just a great experience all around!

I am in love with this spot! Sushi and American food normally don't pair well together. But this place knocks it out of the park. The service is great. I had multiple servers ask me if I needed anything. The ambiance resembles your more traditional bar restaurant. But it has its own twist.

Told it was a 45 min wait they got us in in 30 - yay.Ordered pretzels to start, they were over done, or the oil was too hot, either way they were not good.Burgers, sandwiches, salad and fried chicken for dinners. Burgers and sandwiches were tasty. Fries were burned AND cold. Fried chicken was overdone and too dry to eat.I just don't think the kitchen could keep up with the crowd.Drinks were filled at the beginning and the end of our meal. We tried to get our servers attention several times but she rarely looked our way.It's a trendy spot, always crowded. Maybe they were having a rough night, I dunno. But I don't think we'll go back.

Jay was our server. He was 3 days in on a very busy Sunday. There were 5 of us, and he did a fanominal job of service with ALL orders being correct. Loved his smile and upbeat spirit.

The kids' chicken tenders were overcooked. My son broke them up & ate what he could. My Southern fried chicken sandwich was overcooked as well. The kid dinner had more fries than an adult meal.Gingerale was watered-down, and then the substitute drink (lemonade) was watered-down. Had to ask for a third drink with no ice.The waitress forgot our chicken bites, she brought them to the table after dinner arrived.

Service was good as was the burger. Unfortunately, mine was a bit lukewarm. The pretzels with cheese and mustard were really good. Another knock was that they didn't have their own beer from Sweetwater available. Will definitely go back to try the sushi.Parking: Right next door to Planet Fitness and have to share parking.

First time here, and it did not disappoint. Food was very good and the service was great. All employees greet you as you walk by, friendly.We ordered an appetizer, which took a while to get. The waitress wasn't sure what happened, apologized numerous times, and took it off the bill. We hadn't even complained. Above and beyond.Plan on going back and taking others with me to check it out.
I asked for a Coke Zero and kept getting a Diet Coke. I got one at first and then the waitress kept bringing diets. When we were done I asked specifically for a Coke Zero to go, she came back once again with a Diet Coke. I took a drink and asked if I could get a Coke Zero since it was a diet, she stared at me for a bit and said “okay.” She then spent like five minutes talking to the table next to us and then walked away. Food was fine, usual bar food. Nothing special. We were right by the drink dispenser too so I could watch her pour a Diet Coke

Always love the food at Drakes! Fried bologna sandwich is awesome....and who has those on the menu!?!?? Service could be better-bartenders are awesome and quick but the floor servers have been meh at best. Had our server today spend more time sitting with her boyfriend at a table than helping customers....disappointing as this place could be so much better.

Drakes is a beautiful restaurant and easy to find. I was picking up a to go order and placing an order, so I waited at the bar. The service was fast and helpful. Due to food allergies, the manager helped me with my order. He went out of his way to ensure my food was safely prepared. The food was absolutely wonderful, and I look forward to returning and actually eating at Drakes.Dietary restrictions: Severe allergies to onion & garlic
