Wow does this IHOP need to be remodeled, the sidewalk at the entrance is uneven a hazard, the booths are ripped and repaired with plastic tape, the bathroom is somewhat clean but smells foul, coffee was old. The Service was great.
Went here while my car was at Uhaul next door for brunch. Stephanie was my waitress and she was so friendly and it was good to see a smiling face while there. Food was good, place was clean.

Fast service, comfortable atmosphere, w/extras the food was good. Early evening parking was plentiful with choice of seating. I will return.
The seats are starting to deteriorate. They ended kids eat free, they have had this for over ten years but there's no signage, no warning, no indication on any social media pages or their website or app. And there's something weird about the way they make their hash browns, baked maybe? Tastes stale that

Went around lunch time. Had an attentive server and ordered some things from the new wonka menu. The wonka pancakes were really great and didn't need syrup.The wonka hot cocoa though was a bit to sweet for my liking but it wasnt horrible.IHOP is definitely my favorite place for breakfast and this location is better than the st charles location by far.

Took an hour for our food to be ready when it wasn't busy. Food was cold. Insisted we pay at the table even when the qr codes wouldn't work. It was a mess.
