Restaurant is showing its age. They keep it clean. It's just dated. But I love their toasted ravioli and pizza. They are St. Louis originals. I always have to go when I'm in town.
This is undeniably the best Imo's. Great staff, great service and the greatest pizza!! If I call in and order delivery the drivers are always wonderful and when I dine in the staff is always wonderful as well! This is the Imo's to try!!! This was amazing! Friendly people not only to the customers but to employees as well. Even helped me save money but getting a bigger pizza. Guess I'll have some for leftovers lol. Pizza was fresh & hot it burned my tongue. It didnt take long at all. My food and experience was great. Thank

Ordered $70 worth or pizza,wings and a salad. Driver forgot the salad said he would go get it and come back. Well 45 mins later we got our salad. Called the store after 25 mins was told sorry we have a lot going on. Seems like every year the price goes up and the service and quality goes down.

Said they didn't have any delivery drivers and they are closing at 945 pm. On a Wednesday and I had 15min to pick up pizza or I couldn't order I call Bull and I bet the owner doesn't know.
This imos in st chuck is by far the best. They go above and beyond to take care of customers needs to provide satisfaction. It is guaranteed to be better than dominoes messed up orders.

All Imos are not created equal; and this one is TOP TIER when it comes to quality. I love traveling back home to get my IMOS fix. This location specifically is the best one I've had (outside of St. Louis).Always fresh, cooked perfectly, not skimpy with the toppings on the pizzas or salads. Delivery and pick up service is consistently good. No complaints here!
