I came in and got a pizza puff and an Italian cheese bread the guy at the front was nice and informative the cook in the back got an attitude because I wanted my food made fresh like I just had to take what was available because he didn’t want to make it seemed racist to me!! Asked again like I had to take it what he didn’t know is I just had 5 teeth pulled including 4 wisdom teeth and I can’t eat no bread that has been sitting in the warmer what it looks like for over 30 mins and even if that wasn’t the case why are you being combative over making something fresh.Y’all shouldn’t have a thousand and one things just sitting in the warners it should only be crazy bread and 1-3 little Caesar pepperoni pizzas and online orders if anything! Making food ahead of time damages the store food cost.My Italian cheese bread was dry underneath the cheese The pizza puffs were Good.I definitely prayed over my food because that’s just bizarre to get an attitude because you have to do your job won’t be back

The two topping pizza I ordered was ok. The wings I got on impulse were a disappointment. They were roughly the same price as the pizza and the smallest wings I've ever bought. Since I've never had wings here I don't know if that's normal or quality control. Won't buy them again and encourage others to be warned.

Last night I ordered and paid online as I was getting off work pizza for 8:30 as online it says they are open until 10. I got there around 8:45 to pick up my pizza and they were closed. Another customer was there who ordered online but thankfully had not paid unlike me. I was incredibly frustrated. I will be calling today to get a refund but seriously change your hours online and make it to where people can't order. I will say I prefer this location over the brian road location as far as the quality of food and service usually but this has made it to where I almost don't want to come back. I wonder how many other people this has been happening to. I mean it was a Saturday night at 8:45 I bet at least a few others had thier money stolen last night. Like I said I will be calling when they open this morning.

This store has been notorious for ignoring customers, and I just caught an employee telling another employee to scan out an order just so they can't get it from the portal.After hour and half and them finally talking to me saying "it's in the oven", I just got a refund.Went up the road and in 8 minutes at a busy competition got me food.Never again coming back. Too many chances have been given.

Little disappointed in this establishment. My order was taken by someone else without them verifying the name. I had to wait an extra 30 minutes for my order and was not offered any compensation for their mistake. I understand these things can happen. I am just a little disappointed they did not offer any compensation.

I do not recommend the Pepperoni Cheese Bread. It was awful! The bread was very dense and dry, I felt like I was eating cotton with cheese and pepperoni on it. After choking down a piece, it was thrown away, not sure I will try anything else they have here. Certainly not worth the $$.

Whom ever at little Cesar’s corporate made the estimate time for their app needs to be fired. Also why does canceling an order that has not been processed take 5 to 7 days to refund? Don’t charge the card until you fulfill your end of the transaction. Hire more people no reason it should take 40 minutes +

If you want to wait around for almost an hour while watching 10 people who ordered after you leave… then this is the place for you. The worker kept telling us it’ll be 5 more minutes every time we asked and finally after 45 minutes of waiting, we finally got our order. I understand being understaffed but this was unacceptable considering we went in to order when there was no one in the store but everyone who came in to order after us received their food first.
Put the pizza in the Portal! I had to wait around for 20 min just to ask for the pizza oh yeah the pizza was ready before then, what is so hard about putting it in the portal?

Literally the worst pizza I’ve eaten ordered a sausage pizza but barely had anything on top almost all dough and sauce even the crazy bread was bland. Realize it’s a cheap pizza but at least try to make it right.
