Same menu as prior establishment. Salad was good. Disappointing beer selection. Rest of the drink selection was typical. What can you say about service these days, at least someone was there to take our order. I will go back when craving something close and quick.

The food has no taste whatsoever, the outdated decor makes you cringe, and the service is extremely slow. Our waitress forgot to bring us extra napkins and butter. Then when we reminded her, she snapped at us and said that she's busy and she'll get to it when she can.

They have the best creamy Italian dressing. I would highly recommend them. Food is always great.

Food is ok, it needs updating. The seafood pasta Julia had 3 shrimp and scallops that are microscopic in a thick sause that is too much. The baked CARBONARA is good. The small combination salad is a joke for 7 dollars. It is literally a cup of iceberg lettuce with a half a tomato. That should be like 4 bucks at most. The appetizer of cheese sticks is outrageously priced at 11 dollars. All the appetizers are overpriced to be honest. I don't mind paying for good food, but none of their ingredients are worth their prices. Diner food at best with The Hill pricing.

Food was cold. Was bland tasting. Salad was only lettuce. Salad dressing was plain. Oil & vinegar & watery. Will not go back.

Madison's is a wonderful place to eat! The owners and staff are awesome! The food is great! The atmosphere is comfortable! We were there yesterday for our 56 anniversary and the owner/staff were so pleasant and friendly. We will go back many times, even though we don't live near.
Have not been here for years. The food was great. We ate at the bar and the bartender was really great. We do not live in St. Charles but it was worth the drive.

Discriminate against people. The food is trash as well tried this place many years ago before their famous discrimination act. Also unprofessional comments from owner when reviews state they are discriminating against a community and from reading a review were rude with someone for accommodating wheelchair accessibility. Horrible.people like that don’t spread love which is what God intends. Hope their religion serves them better than their food which is mediocre and overpriced. Reading the comments from the owner on the reviews tells all on what kind of people they are… their rude responses I would never support someone who doesn’t stand with loving others and are rude. They obviously get offended when people voice their opinion on their restaurant but have no objection to being discriminatory and saying their stupid opinion on how others should live their life.

Nice local place. The staff was incredibly frieendly. The Pasta Sierra was a nice change of pace. I appreciate that they had light options. They could maybe have had better bread, but not complaining.

I like Madison's. I've been going every since Mike Bozzi opened that location 18+ years ago and then, the Manchester location. Mike was the best! I was just here a week ago and the place was packed! It is great to see a local restaurant so busy. The staff was still amazing and attentive. The owner is amazing and the food was really good. It never disappoints.

Been going to Madison's for over 20 years and glad to see the family is still involved with operating the business on all fronts. Happened to be back in town and met my Pop and Sister for lunch. Oh how I have missed the toasted ravs and Tutta Mare!!
