Delicious!I moved across the country where we do not have McAlister's Deli, and I desperately missed the potato salad. I used to order the sandwich with roast beef and turkey, but I've since become a vegetarian. I was so happy to discover there are veggie options under every category. The spud was loaded with a variety of vegetables! The chili had a wonderful flavor, but the texture was too soupy and the amount of beans was insufficient to substitute a meat ingredient. (It's like they used the same recipe as the regular chili, and took out the meat but made no other adjustments.)Overall, VERY happy with my visit to this location. The wait was long, but well worth it. They were busy but moved the line along quickly.

The store manager is very professional and friendly. He promptly took care of an issue and we will be back!Please be careful when placing orders online. It does go through DoorDash. We had an issue with the delivery, but the store was very responsive!!!

If you're there to pick up an order, expect to wait. The lady that works the counter at lunch won't even acknowledge you're there until she's served all the customers in line. Then she might bag your togo order.

I odered a custom spud and I added bacon chedder jack, and chipotle ranch with extra butter and sour cream. I GOT less than half a slice of bacon some chees and couldn't even taste the chipotle ranch. The outside of the supd was so over cooked I couldn't even slice through it with the plastic silverware. I receive 2 teaspoons, if you could even call it that much. I ordered EXTRA od both knowing that tis potato is usually about a pound in weight BEFORE you put anything else on it. I got one tiny sour cream container!!! AGAIN, I ORDERED EXTRA AND PAID FOR EXTRA!!!! But, I didn't even get enough for a regular portion let alone an extra portion!!!!
Picked up online order. Food was terrible! My sandwich smelled and tasted like burnt popcorn. My wife could not eat her club. We usually enjoy McAlister's and have had good food from them. We will avoid this location in future.

I want to like McAlisters but it’s just too expensive for what it is. The sandwiches don’t live up to others in the area and are just too pricey.Parking: Close to the grocery store so plenty of overflow parking.
