Worst drive through experience of my life. Man working drive through couldn’t even follow our conversation or was trying to be smart with me when I asked a question. I asked if you can do more than one order and which he replied to by asking if I have an online order. I clearly stated that I didn’t have an online order. He then proceeded to keep asking me what my code for my online order was every time I clearly asked if I could have more than one order after I just told him I didn’t have an online order. Didn’t even get my food becuase of this unprofessional and unnecessary experience.

About a 45 minute wait for food with 1 car in the drive thru ahead of me. at 1am. I didn't even get aknowleged at the speaker for 5 minutes when I asked if they were closed.... they took my order... and i sat parked for 45 minutes with one car ahead. I have no idea why. at least 3 employees passed the window while I waited. None seemed in a hurry.Parking: Yeah you can park.

Every single time I come to this location to order a moca frappe they say it's broken or just cleaned. Tired of always having to drive further to have to go to another location. I am a manager at another fast food chain and I know when something is broken it isn't for months on end I will never entertain this location 0/5.

Sat in drive through for 15 minutes watching 3 other cars go before me in other drive through lane. Ended up driving around to the other lane then someone was taken in the other one and then me. If it wasnt for my daughter wanting food i would have left. Asked the guy once at the window and was told he was just switching when he felt like it... Got food and it was cold..The lady handing out food was nice atleast. Fire the moron at the window taking orders.

They gave me a doordash order with a open bag missing two major items for the bundle and called twice he said aw yea and hung up I will be contacting corporate and his boss In the morning if something isn’t done I will be contacting a lawyer it don’t pay to be rude and disrespectful I spent damn near 40 dollars and the driver was super nice

A girl mocked me and after repeating what I wanted 10 times she continued to give me a bunch of attitude the girl working the drive through definitely needs fired this has got to be the most disrespectful staff

Went through drive through at 357 am on the way to work and ordered two sausage McMuffins was told they were not starting breakfast for 3 more minutes if I wanted to drive back around wow are you serious I thought McDonald's says breakfast all day and there are only 3 minutes and you are cooking other stuff apparently and you can't toss a couple sausage patties on wow unreal and also normally my order is only right about half the time this has to be the worst place I've been to obviously do not care about customers or quality and there are so many other places I definitely will not be back to this location although be it they do not care anyway

Came here after about 2 year's to reward my son for meeting goals and helping a fellow classmate with his choice of meal and a Ice cream. Needless to say, our food was made incorrectly and our Mc flurries were only half Full so then I had to pull back around show Them the ice creams and they were looking for someone to make it when clearly everyone there was not busy.Except for one young man who took the initiative to make the ice creams correctly. Needless to say, I probably will not Be coming back any time soon.

I was Door Dashing and I had a tremendous amount of orders that were handled efficiently and with the highest degree of quality by Abi, Mari, Jonathon, and the manager on duty Ray!! I was quite impressed with the expert customer service, order accuracy, and their ability to work so well as collective unit!! Great team work and such positive attitudes!! I can't say enough good things about the overall experience through the entire evening ???
