And we waited another 20 minutes, no one brought it out to us. I had to go in and get are order, then I asked where is the drinks that come with the meals?" Oh" ,they say, and that took 10 minutes also. Way to many teenagers working ! Believe there were only one customer inside eating, came to counter asked where the toy was for her kids meal? The girl reach behind counter and pulled one out set on counter ,and walked Away! No sorry or thank you. Don't think I will be going there every again!

It is terribly appropriate that (currently) this McDonald's golden arches sign - is broken, showcasing one golden arch and - then kind of another. Let me explain:I have been coming to this location for years when my family and I crave the rare but powerful tasty deliciousness of McDonald's breakfast food. We're going to have to reconsider that trend as of today's experience.In addition to the becoming far more present kiosks that replace human beings, this location features an on duty morning manager that simply won't help. While we are able to order a sausage McGriddle sandwich with bacon egg and cheese on it in a meal configuration, we are unable to order a McGriddle sandwich with only sausage on it, in a meal configuration.This seem like a simple fix or perhaps something they overlooked inside the kiosk experience. I asked for help and a young black man (The on duty morning manager), who was (in my opinion) more interested in entertaining his coworkers, stated that "there's nothing he could do." I then asked, "is there anyway you can do something about this so that I don't leave not only hungry but angry?" He he stated, again, "there's nothing I can do."Well - there is something that I can do. I can choose to not eat here.I can not return to your establishment.I can share my experience with other so that they can avoid unpleasant situations like this.I can suggest that everyone reading this drive a simple 3 miles west to Hardee's - where I not only got smiles, welcoming attitude - but also delicious, tasty hot food in any meal configuration I wanted.I even got a good series of giggles from the Hardee's employees I shared this story with there. They asked "why did you go there? Why, indeed.In a time where we all have to consider where we deposit our money (because of the economy, job changes, the way life spins, etc) there is no place for an attitude of being unable/unwilling to help a customer. Nothing of my request was outside of any bounds in the way of cost, customer service assistance, or keeping a long time customer happy.For those looking for a great breakfast experience, while I can't point you here - I can point you to and encourage you to stop in and visit:Hardee's10 Centre On The Lk, Lake St Louis, MO 63367They are hardworking, have always helped make the customer feel welcome, and will be the centerpiece of far more breakfast meals for my family and i in the future.

Stop asking people to pull around the building so you clear them out od drive thru to make your drive thru times look better. I’m on my dunner break from work and I just ordered a 10 pc McNugget meal in the drive-thru. The cashier acted like he would rather be someplace else. The girl who gave me my food practically flung the bag at me and didn’t say two words to me. There were no napkins and no BBQ sauce.. Seriously? I’ll go to the location at 364 and K from now on.

The General manager Stacy is one of the worst employees for mcdonalds that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I am a consistent customer for this location for my lunch break and every single time that I have an interaction with her she has a negative attitude, she never pays attention to the customers, and she rarely takes the time to actually do the job she needs to. I have had the pleasure of dealing with other employees on occasion and I have no complaint about anyone except Stacy. She has never once given me my food at the window, despite there being little to no line behind or in front of me, nor any wait time on my food being actually made. She has pulled me around the building with no other cars in line and has nothing more to say than "pull around". The one time I WAS brought my food by her (still on the other side of the building), I asked for sauce and she was extremely rude in the way that she handled the situation. I am extremely unsatisfied with her performance and I believe that she does NOT deserve the title of general manager. She couldn't be bothered to work, let alone manage. I will no longer be getting my lunch from this location and my sole reason is because of her negativity each and every time that I have come thru the line.

They will refuse to take your order when you come inside they will completely ignore you and walk by you so they’ll make you use the kiosk or order online. It’ll be much faster if you just order on your phone before you even get here the customer service here is so you don’t even deserve eight dollars an hour.

this place is absolutely terrible! me and my mom come through the drive thru this afternoon around 3pm and she ordered a double cheeseburger only ketchup and onion, I ordered a 6 piece chicken nugget. my chicken nuggets were so soggy and had a long piece of hair in it to the point I couldn’t even eat it. it’s now 11pm at night Wednesday dec.27th and my mom is on the last straw of going to the emergency room from food poisoning with all of her symptoms. your guys food safety needs to be looked at more better and carefully! what is going on!
