Ordered an iced Carmel Iced Coffee and watched them poor to drinks that was sitting there had already been sitting there into 1 cup. It was flavored water. I asked for another, they gave me coffee grounds and I waited 20 mins for that.

Used curbside pickup. Waited over 25 minutes with my kids in the car - no food was delivered. During this time many orders were quickly filled in the drive thru long after I placed my order. Went inside to inquire but was ignored by staff. Couldn't even get a refund. I didn't have time to wait around. It wasn't even that busy. Don't go here. Went to the Lions Choice next door, had food in 2 to 3 minutes.

Unbelievable establishment, I couldn't imagine being one of these workers and DEMANDING $15+ an hour. I've never not gotten beyond greasy slop from this exact location. Also today, I sat in there line for over 20 minutes. If you work at this location, you don't deserve a dime as a employee. I couldn't imagine working at this location and actually expect to get paid. When u pull up to the 2nd window once u finally get there expect the worker to be laughing on his phone. This joke establishment needs to have less the 1-5 star review. I give this location the least out of 5 starts for my review. Also this establishment deserves the rock bottomless pay there is for the lack of service that they deliver. Junk junk junk
Yall lost a customer today, which seems like you guys wouldn’t care. Last 3 times I been never can get a simple order right. Sausage biscuit with cheese. 2 bacon egg and cheese and 2 hashbrowns and caramel frappe and a Sprite. The only thing we got right was our drinks but only 1 straw??? So I couldn’t even eat breakfast before work so it’s ok…. Never comin to this place again. ????

Service is a joke!!! I did a mobile order and waited over 35 minutes for my food. There was only 1 other customer inside when I arrived. The employees were EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional to not only myself but others in the restaurant. They obviously do NOT want to be here and hate their job. I've never seen that level of disrespect before. I will NOT be back - Ever! Restaurant was extremely dirty as well. Food and trash everywhere.
