My daughter loves coming here and I take her often. The only reason I'm not giving more stars is for your tip jar or the tip options I mean it's self serve why would I leave a tip?

Dirty, restaurant smelled of BO upon entering and during entire stay. Just gross. Sad thing was yogurt was good. Cookie dough was stale tho. Could be a MUCH better experience. Unfortunate.

Ordered a small cup through DoorDash and they didn't include a spoon so I had to lick it out of the bowl like a street dog.

Fridays at Menchie's are the best! The beat toppings, syrups, etc. $6.99 for a large bowl filled as high as you can pile it... yum!

We love this place and eat her a ton! Love the variety of flavors and toppings. I do hate that they got rid of the sample cups, though. I have to use the big ones just to sample flavors. At night, they are out of syrup often, which sucks, but we really do like eating here. To me, it's much better than what we end up with from Fritz's.

Munchies does editable arrangements and sources the delivery out to doordash and keeps the tip the customer leaves for the driver. Doordashers help your business by doing your deliveries the least you could do is let the customer know that the tip isn't going to the driver and if they wish to tip they should tip the driver in cash.
