It was my first time at Outback in a while. I always enjoyed the food there. So when I saw that this particular one opened. I thought maybe I try it since it was new. However with new establishments comes with some kinks. The service staff was very helpful and courteous. When the restaurant opened. There was only three servers for diners that were already lined up at the door to the establishment. 25 minute wait , no problem. The blooming onions are so so. Blooming Shrimp were greasy and just a little salty for my taste. My wife ordered the Queensland chicken and shrimp. Pasta was slightly overcooked. The shrimp were undercooked not enough char. The dish was lacking in Alfredo sauce as well. My Granddaughter ordered the Blooming Chicken and a sweet potato. And it was overly greasy. The sweet potato was very stringy also. There is an issue with what appears to be an excessive amount of grease (oil) throughout the establishment. Which could be a little hazardous. In closing, it appears to me that they are not filtrating the oil in the establishment properly. There are a lot kinks that need to be worked out in the quality and consistency that the brand Outback stands behind. They would definitely benefit if they did a lot of cross training. You got time to lean . You time to clean. I’m just saying!

Very slow service. We got fries with our steak, and they were not edible. So much salt. We love a god salty fry, but this was way beyond normal. The kinda that would make you start coughing as soon as you tried to swallow. I told my server after we got our bill because I wasn't trying to get a discount, and he shrugged and said he loves a salty fry. I could have salted everyone's meal with maybe 3 fries. This was after terribly slow service. The steak was good though.

I am a previous employee of an outback and this is the best service i’ve ever had at any of the ones i’ve been to. food tasted great and the servers were very kind and paid great attention. i didn’t have to ask for a drink refill once. definitley recommend!

While traveling we stopped at this place & even though they were closing in like 3 minutes…the manager, Zach, welcomed us, seated us and made sure we were very well taken care of! The server, Brennon, was top notch! These two could give lessons on customer service!! Wish we lived local…would definitely be back!!
