Food was good, portion was small, but the price was low so it makes sense. They were training new staff in the middle of Friday night rush so that was a little chaotic, but totally understandable. As far as atmosphere, they have high ceilings so dining in is a little loud for my taste.Overall good experience and will be back.

The best Pickleman’s location! We love Pickleman’s food but this location is especially great thanks to their wonderful employees. A really nice guy named Adam made our food and he was great! Our sandwiches were perfectly done, he was so conversational and nice/funny. This will definitely be our go-to location as long as Adam’s there!

Everything we've ordered from Picklemans has consistently been fresh and delicious accompanied with friendly service. We have take out from here about once a week. The pizzas are top notch (and we're pizza snobs so I don't say that lightly) and the sandwiches are awesome (I recommend the #11). We haven't tried their other offerings but judging by what we've tried so far I would imagine they're good. 10/10 recommend!

I placed an online order at the Ofallon MO store for delivery. Order was placed at 11:30 am and said it would be delivered at 11:58. It's now 12:23 and it still hasn't been delivered and no one is answering the phone. I checked my account and was charged for the order that it looks like I won't be receiving. Be careful ordering delivery from this location.

This location use to be great. Unfortunately this time Employee could care less about working, Manager had to correct them to get the orders made right.Turkey sandwich had only one slice of meat on it. Seems like they are scaling back on the quality of the food. Italian beef had a tough piece of meat and not much of it. Italian had only a single piece of each of its meats also.
Good afternoon..Not too long ago I ordered from you guys for the first time, amazing and delicious food; However, terrible service. Some of your employees were using disgusting and foul language and even laughed at my appearance.I am a Transgender Women. I didn’t say anything but felt very unwelcome, one of the boys had turned to another co worker and it was very obvious my appearance was the topic of discussion.. For future reference everyone deserves to be treated with kindness, you never know what someone is going through.. Thanks

Always unwrap and double check your sandwiches before you leave! I always have something missing that I added or something put on that I requested be removed. I usually just chalk it up to everyone makes mistakes! However, today I was in a rush and forgot to check! I get home and see that my chicken salad sandwich had one tiny piece of chicken and a scant amount of the other toppings that were supposed to be on there! Just the lettuce that I requested be removed was there. Also, when a customer calls with a concern don’t leave them on hold until they give up!

The last 2 times I've ordered online when I get to this store I'm told they're working on it and I have to remind them I'm waiting. Both times my food was ready 10-15 minutes past my pickup time. No leadership in the store. Very poor service and the workers don't seem to care. Regular customer who won't be back.

Placed an order right as they opened and had all 6 workers working on just my order. My bill was 110 bucks which is fine, idc at all about that. But they forgot, 8 pickles, garlic cheese bread, and 4 cookies. I drove it all the way out to my clinic in warrenton just to realize it. I called and asked them to bring it out and they refused and didn't even make it right with a refund or anything. I'm easy going but this was just weird as f*uck. You would think if someone spends that much money at your business you would at least make it right by the customer if there's such a large mistake haha
