Just picked up a large pepperoni, mushroom pizza at the Ofallon pizza hut take out on highway K. Don't bother going there, you will be dissapointed.Ordered online, said 15 minutes., took almost an hour. Sat in the dirty little pickup area for over 30 minutes while the girl at the counter kept saying "it's in the oven"... someone else finally came out and said its been done for awhile, the counter girl just didn't see it.She apologized and offered some free soda (I didn't take it). She also said I could come back for $25 worth of pizza in the next 30 days. I said thanks and left with my pizza.I probably wouldn't have minded the mistake, except when I got home to eat the pizza, it was terrible. I ordered extra cheese, was hardly any cheese. The worst part is that is wasn't fully cooked. The crust was mostly just wet dough. I tossed it in the trash. Not going back even for the free $25 makeup pizza.Don't bother going there, you will not be happy. :(

Placed order for delivery via phone at 4:59pm and told we would have it in 30 minutes. At 5:48, we still did not have our order. Called back and 3 times the employee hung up on me. Finally on the 4th call got the Manager. She said our order was sitting there, they had no delivery driver. However, she would remake our order and have Door Dash delivery it. At 6:18, we got order but it was simply reheated not a remake. Manager also indicated she would give us a $30 credit which we will not use. This is second time something like this has happened to us at this location and we are DONE with Pizza Hut!!!

My pizza arrived ahead of scheduled time and it was piping hot and really really good! I also love the cheese sticks and the delicious marinara sauce. So far this Pizza Hut location is our number one choice and I highly recommend them!

Multiple days in a row my pizza has been devoid of cheese, an hardly any sauce. Despite my special instructions to cover entirely with cheese, there's been huge sections of the pizza where either the dough is visible, or no sauce or cheese is present.

Wish I could give a 4.5 as it's minor inconsistencies in preparation that I ever have issues with. My store is prompt (usually early!) and the delivery staff are always very friendly!!

Kudo's to the store manager Angel, and she truly was. I called with a large order for 30 people and as calm as a cucumber she took my order with such grace. Angel offered advice when asked on the best thing to order and how much, for so many people. I strongly recommend this store because of such a competent manager. Next time you're in the store give a warm "hi" to Angel from me
Ordered online pizza, as I always do.(New Yorker, ground beef/chicken half and half with onions on the whole pizza. The order was cold and hard. The Order was replaced! Come off the hwy after driving 9 hours to get my replacement pizza. The manager, Austin took my order and after totally messing it up, I called back. He told me what I ordered which was wrong to me they are not taking the messed up pizza back and not r eplacing it. Told me I can speak to his general manager have a nice day andhung up on me.,

We order from this particular location regularly. We often have problems with the order being wrong - wrong crust or toppings. When we call they will remake the order or apply a credit to our account.Yesterday was the most dissatisfying experience i've had at this location, and may not be ordering from them again. I placed my order through the app, selecting the deal for a large 3-topping pizza at $14.99, one hand-tossed crust and one thin crust. I also ordered the Buffalo Chicken Pizza Melt. First problem, we received two hand-tossed crusts. I was charged $20.01 for each pizza. When I called about the wrong crust and the wrong price, I was told that deals on the app don't apply at their location. WHAT?!? I requested a full refund for the wrong pizza and a $5 refund for the second overcharge. I was told he could only place a credit on my account, which he also told me is not associated with my account on the app, and that I'd have to call back today to ask for a refund. Second problem, the Buffalo Chicken Pizza Melt was not at all what we were expecting. We like the Buffalo Chicken Pizza and were expecting that, only folded over as a melt. It turns out that it is a chicken pizza with buffalo and ranch dipping sauce on the side. We were very disappointed and will not be ordering it again.

Promotion for "free large anyway you want it with 300 points " is not a true statement " it's a large standard pizza, anything beyond basic standard, is extra that you have to pay, Pizza Hut, misrepresents it's Promotion. Only bare minimum of ingredients and cheese was used on pizza, I guess because it was free.
