I frequent this location, and thankfully, most of my experiences are better than the one I had today. We ordered inside, and as the wait was getting longer, three people were served who ordered after us. When I asked, they had no record of the order although I was showing them my paid receipt. They then served three more customers before our order was finished. When it was all said and done, they left an add-in out of my order. The restaurant should have offered to upsize the smoothies, offered a gift card, or refunded us for the trouble, but didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience and the errors.

Smoothies are delicious and always made quickly. I will say the staff is hit or miss on friendliness. One day she was very welcoming, day 2 I was completely ignored.

Consistently one of the slowest smoothie king locations. The employees here clearly aren't prioritizing efficiency, but at least the smoothies come out okay.

Their smoothies are good but I’m so tired of how long this location takes to make a single smoothie. It’s should never take 15-20 minutes to get through the drive through with only one car ahead of you. But this location is only staffing 1 person in the morning and they are both taking orders and making smoothies. That's not the employee's fault, it's the business. Pay your employees more so you can retain employees, staff appropriately, and customer service is better.

It took almost 30 minutes to get 3 smoothies. They were fine, but certainly not worth the outrageous wait time.

The 3rd time going here for a daily warrior. First time was very bland and watery. The second time I felt like I was drinking chunk of powder like it wasn’t blended very well. 3rd time was a guy and he did well still taste like a daily warrior.

This smoothie was made just like I asked for it to be made, and I'm actually disappointed in some of the reviews that I've seen here on the al for this location staff for friendly, and if you're looking for any great meal replacements I think smoothieKing is the way to go.

Yesterday I ordered the new Angel Food smoothie they've been promoting and a Pineapple Surf. The only flavor you can taste in the Angel Food is old bananas, not even joking. As far as the Pineapple Surf it tasted like they put too much bleach in their sanitation water which mixed in with the smoothie. Needless to say we threw both of them out and this was a waste of $20. I will not be a returning customer!

I purchased the Lemon ginger spinach smoothie (32 oz.) and once the young man making the smoothie was pouring the contents of the smoothie into a cup he stopped a good inch from the top when filling. Also I proceeded to ask him if he was going to dump the rest of my the smoothie that he clearly could've fit in the cup, and he just looked at me said with a blank tone "no." I then stood there for a few minutes thinking he was going to give me the rest of what i paid for. The smoothie itself isn't the worst one i've had although it could've been blended better as it still has some powdery-ness to the consistency. Normally I don't have an issue coming to this location, but when you're gonna charge $11.50 for a smoothie then I want all of that smoothie I paid for.

This was the most unpleasant experience I've ever had at Smoothie King, which doesn't include the other very few times I have went because of the poor service. Today when I came in, nobody was even behind the counter, or to be seen. Nice right? If you've ever worked retail you would know this is a horrible thing to do. I waited a little until a girl came out along with the guy manager i'm guessing, both said nothing to me, not a single word, until I accidentally ordered the wrong smoothie because of the names of them. The cashier, Bella Lange, looked over with a dirty look at the guy and acted like she didn't know a thing about that place, or customer service. I was then greeted with the "Oh well I wouldn't know how to do that", when I asked how to use my reward. Bella had also said that to me. I felt so unwelcome that I wanted to just walk out. Another girl came out with blonde curly hair and showed me how to use my reward again without saying a word. overall this experience was my worst and i'll never be going here again, thank you Bella Lange for making me want to leave.
