The commercials state the meat is now sliced fresh however when you reach the counter you quickly find out this is incorrect!!! I ordered a pretty basic ham on white with american cheese and added veggies to boot!! Yummy right!! Unfortunately not sure what it was but this was not a good sammie at all, almost tasted like rotten fish. I do not like that I am writing this either but it is what it is!! I gave it a shot because of the new commercials and unfortunately that was the last time I will probably ever visit a Subway!!!Vegetarian options: Plenty

Placed an order through the subway app. For delivery. The Order was made incorrectly with sauce all over it that I didn’t want. When I called to address that Annell was very rude and completely disrespectful. Not willing to help fix the situation at all. She claimed she couldn’t give me a refund. It’s ok for them to take your money and not refund you? Then when asking for a corporate number she refused. I tried calling back at one point and refused to answer my call. My fault for paying $16 for a subway delivery when I can’t eat it. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THIS WOMAN! SHE DOESNT KNOW HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE, especially CUSTOMERS who paid $16 for an order that was WRONG.
I've never had a bad experience with the place. Everyone there knows my family and how we like our orders.
