I've been going to this place since it opened... On 12/13/2022 my family went in to place an order 15 minutes before closing and the new lazy guy said it was closed. After telling him it don't close for 15 minutes, he finally take our order. We ordered the same thing we always order. He wouldn't give us salami on the side, wouldn't give extra cheese. He was very rude to my son. I always went to this Subway even though it's further then the others. I won't go back.

Got a coupon flyer and went to use it, then they said they weren't participating in it, but no where did it say only some locations. Big rip off bait and switch. Won't be going there again! Suggest u don't either. The one in Ofallon MO next to Imos off Veterans Memorial

This is the second time I’ve been to this Subway. Each time the employees were less than friendly and seemingly disorganized. Today one employee was behind the counter when I entered. I had a relatively large order and she was doing a good job fulfilling it when the other employee came out from the restroom. There was another customer who came in behind me and was waiting to place an order. The second employee asked the customer what they wanted. The customer said a steak and cheese. The employee snapped and said, “Six inch or foot long.” The customer asked what the price was for a foot long. The employee waved an arm and huffed, then said, “Don’t know. You have to look at the menu.” The tone of voice was very hateful and the customer was flustered. I helped the customer find the price on the board. When I checked out, the employee helping me bagged my order and I thought there was one more item under a stray bag that was mine. I asked about it and the second employee snapped at me and said, “That’s not yours. That’s theirs.” and waved a hand at me like I was being dismissed.I understand food service can be difficult. I don’t expect a red carpet rolled out for my order, but I do expect some common courtesy and some customer service. Had I not already added on a tip to my payment for the large order, I would definitely NOT have tipped for that kind of rudeness.I will not be returning to this location and will not recommend it to others.

Subway, the have-it-your-way sandwich place. With combo meals at other fast food spots closing in on a tenner, the 6" daily sandwich, chips, and drink special was a filling meal for $7 and change, including tax.

Terrible experience. Whoever the current girl employees here are need to be fired. We rolled in at 8:30pm after a long 11 hour day of driving and here’s what happened:The customer in front of us ordered a couple footlongs and seemed irritated by them because they kept asking him the same questions multiple times about his sandwiches. The employees also closed his sandwich prematurely without even asking if that was everything and the customer had to tell them to open it back up to finish his order. The workers just seemed totally detached and didn’t care at all. This spilled over into how they treated us next. I ordered a BLT with Mayo and mustard and the employee put an outrageous amount of both condiments on my sandwich, but I let it slide. I then asked for oregano on my sandwich but she instead sprinkled parmesan cheese all over it. Then I corrected her and said I wanted oregano not Parmesan and she didn’t even care. No “oh my gosh I’m so sorry, is this okay?” Or “I’m sorry can i make you another sandwich?”. Nope, none of that good customer service one might expect; she just put the oregano right on top of the parmesan cheese and folded it up. I would’ve made a deal and asked her to remake the sandwich but it was the end of the day and I just wanted to pay for it and eat my slightly messed up sandwich with my wife quickly before getting to the hotel. By this time it was around 8:45 and we sat down to eat. Then the other girl worker has the audacity to tell us that we can’t eat in the store because they have this “rule” where customers can’t eat in store after 8:30. We then confirmed with them that the store was open until 9 which they agreed to but still told us we had to leaveTOTAL BS! But we were essentially kicked out and had to eat our subs on top of our car outside at night in a dimly lit area we’ve never been before. Well, that about sums up our horrible experience here.

We used to like to go to this Subway and the one near Highway N. The last time we went, we noticed that the bread was narrower, and the prices had risen. We can go to other places for about the same price, and get a better meal. We won't be back, unless there's nothing else available. And there's always something available on Highway K.

Tried ordering off the app to have ready when I arrived. App was not working correctly and owner stated they couldn't match the buy one get one 50% off that was offered on the app. Really we are talking like $4.00 savings at the most. Luckily there is a GoodCents right up the road from this location. Go there instead.

Don't worry if it's busy, it is worth the wait. Definitely worth a return visit. This place has a cool atmosphere. I can see why they have so many reviews.
