I recommend this location over the Winghaven location 10-10 times. Good people that take care of your order. Winghaven is lying individuals that acan you to get more money. Subway should close Winghaven down. O’Fallon location (this location) is great people.

Ordered on Subway App from this store. They forgot to bring items we paid for and then refused to help us when we called them. We contacted the delivery company they used and that company tried to contact the store. Well this Subway store refused to answer their phone. Buyers beware. Sad. Subway used to have good service.

This location is always open and has fresh ingredients and friendly employees. So thank you for that. I live within walking distance to another subway that's close to this location however I choose to drive to this location. The location near me is never open and when they are they have 1 employee that is more concerned with making sandwiches for the online orders. I know it's hard to get employees at this time but Keaton Crossing has employees.
