Come here all the time but this time they had a serious issue with making the food, after asking for it remade they destroyed the burrito and gave it to me with a smile, after talking to the manager and being BRUSHED OFF I went through the drive thru again but they gave me my burrito for free, I don't doubt they make their food with dirty utensils and spit in food when they can! need some real managers herep.s.I will try to reach out to the corporate team through the website lol it'd be better to talk with you directly

Same two employees in this place everytime I go. No manager in site. tonight I ordered the crunchy tacos and not enough meat on them for the amount of money they cost. Won't be going back anytime soon. They are not allowed to take orders at the counter so you MUST use the stupid kiosk. They lost a customer while I was there tonight (4/20/24) because he refused to use the kioski.

kinda disappointed i used to come here a lot and just the past couple days they keep getting my order wrong, food is prepared incorrectly etc… :/ how did it go downhill within a week idk how that happens

I'm not sure why some taco bells at night only service Door dash orders. We have been to 3 thus far at around 9ish and when we get to the drive thru they say they are Short staffed and will only be servicing door dash orders. Why a place would prefer to lose money and stay open only for door dash seems like a bad business move. The kicker is we are usually the only ones in the drive thru. SMH ?

The food is always good, friendly staff. They are very busy most of the time and they have recently gone through a tough time of being short staff. I want to thank the staff for hanging in there you are amazing!

We arrived at the drive-thru on 12/30 at 1:22 a.m. on a Friday "night," (technically Saturday morning). The lights of the restaurant were all on, but the menu board was off and no one greeted us at the speaker. I sat for about a minute before driving up to the windows to see if anyone was inside. Again, the lights were all on, but no one was at the windows. I drove around to the front to see two cars in the parking lot. I parked closest to the door to look inside and I saw an employee sitting at a table closest to the door on her phone. I sat for a minute, contemplating if I should go to the door and ask if they were still serving food, but she ended up getting up and making her way toward the back...or so I thought. I went through the drive-thru again because I thought, "maybe the sensor or whatever tells the employee that someone in the drive-thru is broken or something so she's gone back there to help." No. I sat again for about 30 seconds and looped back around to see she had posted up by the counter.The epitome of laziness and apathy if I've ever seen it.
