Monday waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes to be told we will be right with you then 10 minutes later tell me the are not taking anymore orders for the next 25-30 minutes. Then today went thru the drive thru and was told they are closed for the next 15-20 minutes. You can only give a place so many chances. Will not try again.

I have experienced so far. Worst Taco Bell. There were 25 people inside, none of the employees paid attention to anyone, they just sat there. Definitely do not come here, you will regret it, you are wasting your time.

Whoever the chef was on April 16 at around 1050am deserves a raise. Every time I go to this location the food is hot, the burritos are filled to the brim with ingredients and it makes my fat heart HAPPY. Usually at other locations I have to take like two or three bites into it in order to get a taste of anything but never at this location. You sir or maam always make my guilty pleasure worth it.

My husband just went there and was treated horribly by the girl at the drive-through. She proceeded to scream at him stating that he was not using her pronouns right and that she cannot understand him in a back-and-forth when my husband got up to the drive-through window, the manager had to stand in front of the girl, and try to get our food out while the girl was standing behind the manager, screaming and making threats talking about . If this girl is not dealt with, and we will be checking, we will go above the managers head and we will not stop until we get to the top. This kind of treatment has got to be put into check employees feel like they can talk to people any kind of way they want to when they are in Customer Service and not be, helpful, smiling or pleasant are in for a rude awakening in the real world

It's taco bell.This store has been at this location for a very long time so it is expected to be open at all hours. Service can be hit or miss and orders are usually correct. I just wish their food looked like the photos because a lot of these places have great looking food in photos but the actual item is pretty far off.

Where's Taco Bell there is I'm pretty sure anybody that has went to this one knows what I'm talking about they always get the order wrong the service is always snotty attitude trying to hurry you along just went up there today not even 20 minutes ago and they don't have beef kind of frustrating beef surrounds their whole menu I will not go to this one ever again if something doesn't happen I will be calling the Better Business Bureau and to see what I can do to get it shut down

On Saturday 3/16/24 we went through drive thru at around 8:50pm lobby doors were locked so we went through the drive thru and sat there at the speaker for over 5 minutes without any greeting and no response when say hello anyone there I called someone answer I hung up and someone comes over the speaker to say we aren't allowed to serve anyone do to no manager. And waved at us with a smirk while we drove past window. Very disappointing

This place sucks. Been waiting over an hour food and all the employees are high. Not worth it. Go somewhere else.
I was in drive through, didn't move for about 10 mins. The young man working the speaker came out to let us know car stalled in front of us. Thankfully she was able to get the car moved, and after that everything went fast, food was ready hot, and I appreciated knowing why we were waiting. 3/6 about midnight.

Poor management and poor customer service. Manager just stands around doing nothing but yelling at the employees. The other employees don’t want to work and they take their dear sweet time making 1 item. If you go into the lobby to order, good luck! You’ll be standing around for 10 minutes waiting for someone to wait on you…..even if they aren’t busy. Unless you want to wait 30 minutes for your food, I would go to a different Taco Bell. Management needs to be changed out and all employees need better training.
